Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting as per SS20 B with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and conveying to the places as directed by the departmental officers as per specification for Foundation. etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as maybe directed except in rockrequiering blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, balling out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with lead of 10mts. within the comppound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification. Supplying and filling with Stonedust to the required thickness including cost and conveyance of stonedust from approved source to work site including cost of labour charges for filling, levelling, watrering, consolidation, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm ISS HBG metal to the required thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved source to work site including cost of labour charges for mixing, laying, levelling, compacting, curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications. for foundation and flooring etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supply and fabrication of Tor steel grade S-415 steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

PVC Panelled door Shutters Hollow Type- 200mm x 20mm panels with 1mm wall thickness for panels and styles and rails of suitable size with 2mm wall thickness suitably reinforced using MS Angle // Flat including cost of necessary aluminium hinges and other furniture fittings etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing of fibre reinforced polymer shutter with F.R.P.door frames made out of F R P sheets of 3 mm thick of overall size 65 mm x 50 mm with rebate suitably reinforced using M S angles / flats cost of holdfasts and solid core F R P shutter panel of 5 mm thick and hpllow core frames of 3 mm wall thickness for styles and rails etc, and overall provision for hinges with core filling either with agro based materials (or) fibre proof foam (in case of lights weight) and the shutters provided with good quality seasoned treated hard wood cleats wherever found necessary for fixing furniture fittings like, alu. hinges, alu. tower bolts, alu. aldrop (to match finish of the door shutter) etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The rate shall be inclusive of all alu. fittings. and labour charges.-Single leaf etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Weathering course with concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure sslaked shell lime over the RCC roof slab, the proportion being ( 32:12.5) for requirfed depth of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness to roof as required, well beaten with wooden beaters etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Terrace flooring with one course of pressed tiles 20cm x 20 cm x 20 mm using cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compund 2 percent by weight of cement and pointed with same mortar etc, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Flooring with Designed antiskid Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm are 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary. laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg./sq.m. etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing the floor best quality vetrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar ratio 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with pre polished concrete anti-skid steps tiles (Requiered shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of .40 kg/ Sq.m., curing, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive before use on works)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing for granite full round nosing including labours. etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and painting interior walls & ceiling with two coats of Plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. Supply and erection of G.I Tubular Pole 6 Metre Length Single Bracket Pole with Base Plate (250 x 250 x 6mm) 76.10mm OD x 3.65mm Thick x6000mm Length complete with M.S base plate of size 300 x 300 x 6mm at the bottom. The pole shall be provided with a suitable Arms suitable for mounting LED 100W Modular type street light luminaire. The Arms shall be length and size as specified in the drawing enclosed including Pole Pedestal Foundation. Forming embankment using Carted earth (20 Km lead) having CBR value not less then 8% which has to compacted properly and form a stable embankment including cost , loading and unloading and labour for proper setting out, stripping and storing the top soil, if necessary compacting the original ground by vibratory roller to have a relative compaction of required proctor density, spreading the materials uniformly over the entire width of embankment in layers of not exceeding 250 mm compacted thickness, breaking clods, watering with all leads for water, compacting to 95% proctor density for the soil below the top of 0.5 meter height of subgrade under optimum moisture content with moisture content adjusted in the range of one per cent (1 %) above and two percent (2%) below the optimum moisture content determined as per IS. 2720 (Part VII) with power roller rolling and other construction equipments approved by engineer-in-charge and finishing the embankment at 95% proctor density including compaction to specified requirement, working in narrow width of embankment including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. Construction of Granular Sub - Base (GSB) to the required compacted thickness (Drainage layer) by providing approved Coarse graded material conforming to Grading- V of Table 400 - 1 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for GSB as per Table 400 - 2 of MORTH Rev.-5 including screening, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, watering and premixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller 80 to 100 KN static weight to achieve the desired density and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as directed by the SIPCOT officers etc., complete including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry site to work site with all lift and lead by mechanical transport, head load or any other mode of transporation including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,hire charges and fuel charges for loader, water tanker with sprinkler,motor grader, vibratory road rollers and all other equipments, tools and plants, safety measures, testing required including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggreates to Wet Mix Macadam Base Course of 250mm compacted thickness specification in two layers of 150mm thick each or else as specified on the prepared sub base by providing approved Coarse graded material conforming to Table 400 - 13 and satisfying the physical requirement for material for WMM as per Table 400 - 12 of MORTH Rev.-5, including pre-mixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed matrerial by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with favours in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying Prime coat over wet mix macadam surface using 7.00 Kg bitumen for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bitumen binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying Tack coat over treated wet mix macadam surface using 2.50 Kg bitumen to cut back for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bitumen binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing, laying 50 mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in the required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20- 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm using paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.
