Fabrication making & fixing of Plat form at various Sluice gates for safety at 45 MGD STP Okhla. All the required works, materials, arrangements, tools & tackles, workmanship, safety equipment’s as per NHRC\NGT\ DPCC etc guidelines and as per site requirement, remodelling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect as per requirement satisfactorily.
Dismantling of cutting of rusted /damaged M.S plat form by gas cutter & electric welding set and required tools & tackles as per requirement at site arrangement.
Providing of M.S Sheet of 8mm thickness total approx. 50 meter
Providing of M.S angle 65x65x6 mm of total approx. 150 meter for supporting and making frame for holding the M.S Sheet.
Making the Platform by the M.S angle for fixing the above M.S. Sheet with required gas cutter, welding Machine &etc as per required the site.
Cutting of M.S Sheet as per required the size at site with help of gas cutter and required tools & tackles and Painting of the complete structure before fixing on the M.S. Angle frame with the wire brush.
Fixing the above M.S Sheet as per required size at site with the help of heavy labour and required tool & tackles as per required the various site.
Making and Supply and fixing of stair case size as per site reqd 4 X 1 meter and M.S. Step size 1000mm X 200mm with M.S. Angle size 50X50X6 mm centre covered with M.S. Strip size 250mmX 50 mm mm. duly welded with 20mm distance with four side fixing the angle iron size 40x40x6mm duly welded with both side M.S. Railing size 1000 mm height in 40 mm dia pipe at site.
Painting of the complete structure after removing of rust with brush with one coat of primer & two coat of enamel paint i/c petty items.
Loading, unloading, Cartage and Transportation charges for the above material up to the site.
