Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Our EMD has not been forfeited and none of my contracts have been terminated/ foreclosed on account of my default in KPCL or elsewhere during last ten years. We have not been blacklisted / subject to procedure initiated for blacklisting for participation in tender issued by KPCL or Government or any other utility in India and would not attract terms & conditions relating to rejection of bids.

I have studied the commercial conditions in the bid documents and related matters carefully and that I have submitted the bid having studied, understood and accepted the full commercial implications of the agreement. My offer has no conditions contravening the commercial conditions of the bid.

I have studied the site conditions, labor conditions and read the Bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that I have submitted the bid having studied understood and accepted the full implications of the tender document conditions completely.

If my tender be accepted, I agree to pay 5% of the contract value plus additional security towards un-balanced tender amount towards security deposit for the due fulfillment of the contract at the time of executing agreement in the form of DD/BG for the specified Guarantee period of contract.

If this tender be accepted, I agree to abide by and fulfill all the terms and provisions of the said conditions of contract annexed or in default thereof forfeit and pay to the Corporation the sum of money mentioned in the said condition without prejudice to any other right of the Corporation.

I hereby distinctly and expressly declare and acknowledge that before the submission of this tender, I have carefully read the instructions and I have made examination of contract documents and locations where such work is to be done.

I distinctly agree that I would hereafter make no claim or demand upon the Corporation based upon or arising out of any alleged misunderstanding or misconceptions or mistake on my part of the said contract, agreements, stipulations, restrictions and conditions

If upon written information to me by the CE(FM)RTPS/ SE(CHP)M/ EE(CHP)M-2, I fail to attend the office on the date there in fixed and if upon intimation being given to me by the Superintending Engineer (CHP)M of the acceptance of the tender or fail to enter into agreement, then I agree to the forfeiture earnest money

Any notice required to be served on me shall be sufficiently served on me by post (registered or ordinary) or left at my address given

I fully understand the terms and agreements of the contract to be entered into between me and the Corporation and the written agreement shall be foundation of the right of both the parties and the contract shall not be deemed to be complete until an agreement has been signed by me and authorized by the proper office authorized to enter into contract by the Corporation

The intended bidder should quote his quoted price excluding of GST.

Banker Details

Past Experience

The intending bidder should have experience in supply/erection of high pressure Hydraulic pipeline works in coal handling plant/any Process industry.

Others -- the bidder shall furnish work order/Job order copy

Capabilities of Vendor

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed a work as per above PQR (i) costing not less than Rs. 8.59 lakhs in single/multiple work orders in any one year during last five years (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24)

Others -- The Biddershall submit the Work done Certificate / Performance certificate issued by competent authority

Financial Status

The intending bidder in his name should have in the last five years, (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs 17.80 Lakhs.

Others -- the bidder shall furnish Turnover Certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant
