TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS IN ZONE II OF TECHNICAL AREA AT RCI HYDERABAD

Sch 'A'

To Perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditons contained here-in-after as may be demanded and as enumerated in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 (Part I-Specifications) and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part II-Rates referrred to as MES Schedule with errata/amedments as applicable to the said schedules during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the accepantance letter at the rates contained in the aforesid MES Schedule as applicable. Note: (i) Tenderer shall insert rates percentage at the 16th row and 'F' column of this BoQ Excel sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or Less (-) available at the 16th row and 'E' column of this BoQ Excel sheet to quote the percentage above/below SSR (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under estimated rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract, work shall be priced at rates given in SSR Part II-2020 and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.
