Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Stone Walls Concrete Surfaces including Racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling/Chajjahs in CM 1:3, surface finished even and surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface of walls in CM 1:6, surface finished even and surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry or brick masonry of external surface of walls in CM 1:4, surface finished even and surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, facias, slabs, Chajjas & cartilevers etc., and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness all as specified and directed. M&L for applying epoxy treatment for bonding old demolished concrete surfaces incl application of one coat of notozinc primer to the exposed reinforcement and over plastering in CM 1:4 average 20mm thick finishied even and smooth without using extra cement to level the surface etc including necessary scafolding as required at site and where required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving etc n.exc 15cm thick above or below ground level including terrazzo finish wherever existing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.50mm size graded stone aggregate) for floor as in sub base for floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match the tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
