Notes : (i)The contractor should be in possession of valid electrical license to execute electrical works. (ii) Supervisor for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works employed by the contractor shall possesses supervisor certificate of competency issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory and the worker/ tradesmen for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works shall hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc and not exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out brick protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but exc 1.5 m in depth but n.exc 3.0 mtr depth

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches fine dry river sand gently by punning down manually as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punning down thickness will be measured & paid

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Serviceable cable cover obtained from Ser Item No 12, 13, 53 & 54 here-in-after shall be reused.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PCC foundation / pole coping from ground level all as per specified.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary use & waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated ISI marked, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 3 core including necessary connection and providing cable lugs as required including disconnection/taking down of existing cable all as specified.

All as per item No 12 above here-in-before but 10 Sqmm 3 Core.

Dismantling of old UNSV/rusted steel tubular poles 9 mtr long necessary disconnecting cables/over head condcutor and removing unserviceable pole from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 9.00 metres long designation 410-SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc including and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel white paint on black synthetic enamel paint base and stripping with yellow and black synthetic enamel paint (100 mm each stripe) 3 Nos at equal distance from bottom (above PCC coping) upto a height of 1200 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work and concrete foundation shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of Sch 'A'

M&L preparing surfaces of steel tubular swaged pole LT with scraping out old paint by emmery paper, caustic soda complete and painting with two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of poles with white paint on black paint background and stripping with black and yellow synthetic enamel paint (100 mm each stripe) 3 Nos at equal distance from bottom (above PCC coping) upto a height of 1200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of pre-stressed concrete pole upto 11/9 mtr long by scarping old paint and applying two coats of cement base paint including numbering of pole with black synthetic enamel paint painting the base of the pole in alternate black and yellow stripes each 30 Cm apart up to 1.5mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of FRP looping box of size 300x250x120 mm with three terminal, connector, MCB 6 Amps, Din Rail, including GI clamps made out of GI flat of size 25mm X 3 mm channel and necessary nut, bolts and washer including making connections complete all as specified and directed. Make - National / Sintex /Universal

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 30x60 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying GI tube including returning filling & well ramming watering finish suraface and provision of 10 cm concrete using PCC 1:3:6 type C2 from Top', including removal of surplus soil omplete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of GI steel tubing medium grade 40 mm dia for laying in ground, along the pole in coping, road crossing etc for cable protection including necessary fittings , clamps for supports, etc all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for taking down old unsv and supply & lay 3 Core 1.5 Sq mm size multistranded FRLS copper conductor PVC unsheathed 650 / 1100 Volt Grade As per IS 694 with and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit and passing through PVC conduit with necessary saddle, clamps, bolts & nuts, all for interconnection of cable looping box to Street Light Fitting, Post Top Lantern etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down the existing defective street light fitting/Garden lights/Building security light of any type and any capacity from steel tubular pole, opening the street light fitting, checking the serviceability of spare parts including replacement of defective parts if found defects such as electric drivers for LED 30 to 70 watt after repairing including refixing on pole including connecting & testing complete all as specified and directed.
