SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROADS AT MIC and S UNDER GE (S) AHILYANAGAR

Dismantling kota, granite, cudappah stone slabs and interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in any kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 250m but n exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point (Soils) all as specified and as directed

M&L for hard core of gauge exc. 63 mm but n. exc. 100 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, including watering and well ramming etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required, the materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works. 2013.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including dismantling of existing kerb stone and making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting round edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sq.m, putting in pre mix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.60 cum of sand) again well rammed (including supply of pre mix binder and sand) depth of pot holes not exc 30mm and using paving bitumen VG-10 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
