Disconnecting of Power connections from starter panel, disengaging from delivery bend and extracting out Submersible Pump Set complete along with column pipes and submersible cable by hoisting chain pulley block/Manual labour at Tube well/Bore Wells. The job also includes stacking of column pipes at suitable place.

Lowering of standby/repaired submersible pump sets along with column pipes and submersible cable by hoisting chain pulley block/Manual labour . The complete job includes the cost of labour, nut bolts, rubber joint, insulation material etc at site of work.

Loading of damaged submersible Pump Set in Mechanical transport, carriage to the Workshop and unloading. Dismantling of Submersible Pump Set at Workshop and checking for its repair.

Repairing to Pump Shaft by way of welding, turning and polishing to the actual size, making of key way.

Providing and fitting of new Pump Shaft.

Providing and fitting of new impeller.

Repairing of impeller.

Providing and fitting of new Neck Ring.

Providing and fitting of Shaft Sleeve.

Providing and fitting of Coupling with key.

Providing and fitting of Bearing Bush.
