Supply and install and commisioning for HT 11 KV. 3 phase 50 Hz, indoor type, totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum Circuit Breaker having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, digital ammeter, voltmeter indicating lamps and of rating upto 1250 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit Straight Through Joint for 11KV grade cable complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable) and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, alluminum conductor cable of size 300 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit, End Termination Joint indoor for 11KV grade cable complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable) and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, alluminum conductor cable of size 300 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area of 300 sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. .

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables etc. in any type of soil and getting out all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. .

Removing excavated material from the site of work to outside MoD land complete all as specified.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note :- Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid .

S & F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness M-50 Grade for repairing road cut/footpath carried out under Sch "A" srl item No.11.00

Supply, laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mm x 150 mmx 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. .

Cutting existing road surfaces or hard standing 0.45 mtr depth (22 thick comprising bituminuous topping) for laying of pipes/cables and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for road/Hard standing cutting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm High density poly-ethylene pipes (HDPE) PN 10, for road crossing of cable or for cable protection laid in trenches or above ground surface complete all as specified and directed. Make- Prince/Dutron/National.

M & L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised Iron Strip of size 32x6mm size, by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and washer made of GI or Steel Earth connecting with test point, provision of Charcal and salt in alternate layers, watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade MS funnel with jali, PCC M-15 Type B-1 in pit with XPM not elss than 4Kg per Sqm and Earthpit with cover returning, filling, removing excavated material all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I making good excavated surfaces such as hard standing refixing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks removed during excavation on earthpit to mach existing surfaces complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm burried in ground or fixed on walls/floor with suitable saddles and screws beyond 7.5mtr of earth lead connecting with test point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F test point terminal block for connecting the earth pit and down conductor or Aluminium strip, made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
