Earth work excavation in all clauses of soil with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift 2 m except hard rock, blasting, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Filling in with M sand including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges such as watering and ramming, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8mix usin 40 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x4 1/4"x2 3/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grils for RCC works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,

RCC 1:11/2:3 mix using 20 mmHBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

Dadooing of walls with glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Emulsion Painting two coats with approved quality of including cost and conveyance of all materials etc. complete as per standard specifications.

Electrifiation

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) SD 18

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit SD 125

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting SD 88

Supply and fixing of fancy glass shade and 11W CFL for BH point SD 80

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains SD 64
