REPAIR MAINT AND REPLACEMENT OF SUB MAIN WIRING AND EARTHING SYSTEM AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN MEMAURA

Dismantling and taking down old serviceable Energy Meters of any type / capacity after necessary disconnection of electrical wires etc. and marking the Quarter No on each meters with parmanent marker pen and keeping in safe custody for re-fixing /reconnection in new meter cabinet all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,install,testing & commissioning of outdoor type, wall mounted (with anchor bolts & nuts) compartmentalized type Meter Cabinet of overall dimension 600mm (W) x 550mm (H) x 200mm (D) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS Sheet for outer shell with 2 side slanting canopy on top and 2.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet partition and inner doors with front inner door having cutout duly covered with transparent polycarbonate / glass panel for viewing KWh meter and other doors shall be opeque. All doors should have gasket and locking arrangement to meet ingress protection level IP-54.The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint (RAL 7032 : SIEMENS GREY) after necessary surface treatment. The cabinet shall be fabricated as per the drawing and comprising of following accessories :- a) Four pole MCCB, 40 Amps with breaking capacity 10 KA having fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release and spreader link at both incoming and outgoing side.- 01 No. b) Aluminium Bus Bar of size 25mm x 3mm duly mounted on FRP / DMC insulators and necessary drilling for 1 incoming & minimum 4 outgoing connections and duly covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve of standard colour code - 4 Nos. c) MCB DP 32 Amps, 10 KA - 2 Nos ( To be connected with 4 Nos Meters) d) LED indicating Lamps, 22mm with 3 Amps SP MCB-03 Nos. e) 3 Way bakellite strip type cable connector 30 Amps rating - 02 Nos f) Internal wiring with 1100V grade FRLSH PVC insulated multiflexible copper wire duly crimped with copper lugs of suitable size & type all as mentioned below :- i) MCCB to Bus Bar - 10.0 Sqmm ii) Bus Bar to Cable Connector via KWh meter and MCB - 6.0 Sqmm iii) Bus Bar to LED Lamp via MCB - 1.5 Sqmm Note : Existing meters, as dismantled under item No 2 above, will have to re-fixed in this new meter cabinet including all necessary electrical connection.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 6 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, ISI marked, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 6 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade, ISI marked complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing including taking out the unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one runs of 6 sqmm cable as earth along with PVC conduit will be measured as one length. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be included for the chases cutting and for making good distrubed surface using CM 1:4 and to match with the existing surface & colour.

Supplying and fixing in replacement SPN Distribution Board 8 Way,metal double door, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, blanking plates in unused spaces etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but for 4 way SPN Distribution board

Supplying and fixing MCBs Single pole 6 to 32 Amp of breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

All as Item No 6 above but SPN 20 to 32 Amp

All as Item No 6 above but SPN 40 to 63 Amp

Note for MCBs & MCB DBs:- MCBs & MCB DBs shall be of the same make. MCB DBs shall be fixed on wall in flush pattern by cutting the wall and making good disturbed surfaces.

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete of any size, type and including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring concealed type with 1.5sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade incl. 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and incl. medium grade PVC rigid conduit not less than 20 mm dia with its accessories, galvanized pressed steel terminal boxes of thickness 1.0 mm covered including 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for fixing switches/ socket/regulators etc for the following: - Note:- (i) On RCC ceiling/column, false ceilling, AC/Metallic Sheet ceilling wiring done on surface with conduit/PVC Casing caping and its accessories. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be included for the chases cutting and for making good distrubed surface using CM 1:4 and to match with the existing surface & colour.

One light/fan/exhaust fan/ Bldg security light point controlled by one switch.

One socket outlet 6 amp controlled by one switch on the same board.

One socket outlet 6 amp controlled by one switch on indepdendent board.

One bell point controlled by one bell push.

All as per item No. 11 here-in-before but by using 2.5 Sqmm FRLS copper conductor cable with continuous earth wire of 2.5 Sqmm FR copper conductor for one 3 pin 15 Amp socket outlet point controlled by one switch.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I connected to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore medium grade G.I. protection pipe (upto 7.5 metre beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete after dismantling unserviceable existing earthing (above GL only) and incl fixing of 4mm GI earth continuity conductor to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated situation upto main DB and making good distrubed surface using CM 1:4 and surface finished to match the existing surface & colour complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire and incl making good using CM 1:4 and surface finished to match the existing surface & colour complete all as specified and directed
