M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement adding water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick (1: 6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer including preparatory work with including and applying 3mm thick wall care putty to distempering on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment, making good all disturbed surface and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and applying alkali resistant primer coat as prepratory to distemper and two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted on walls.
