Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L Brick work with burnt clay bricks(old size) in cement mortar 1:6 , with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved in plan exceeding 6 m mean radius.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n exc. 1.5 Sqm each.

All as per item above but exc 1.50 Sqm n.exc 4 Sqm.

S&F Steel window with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glasing bars, devetailed or welded.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing complete in square nexc 0.50sqm each.

S&F 35mm thik plain, framed, factory made panelled shutter(two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial veneering particle board on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003(Part-1), kiln in seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

M&L 1.60 mm thick plain mild steel sheet in hearths; covering to door shut ters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required as in repairs.

S&F 300mm aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple bolt type and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy.

S&F MS butt hinges100mm long medium weight, cold rolled.
