Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness)including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills,fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying, filling, spreading and leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit in the required thickness for all leads and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. External work including trenching, refilling etc 50mm nominal outer dia pipes
