Earth work excavation in all clauses of soil such as hard stiff clay, hard gravelly soil as per SS 20 B for narrow foundation.

R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and errecting centring for sides and soffits of all RCC works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc. complete

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel and all roinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all foors etc., complete

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm. For the following including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification. For super structure in Ground floor.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete

Special ceiling plastering with cement mortor 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floor including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and Fixing of Ceramic Tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete

SUPPLY AND FIXING OF GLAZED TILES including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone M.Sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Roof Top of Pressed Tiles including cost and conveyance cost of al materials to work site and labour charges and finishing with one layer of pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 20mm embadded in cement morter 1:3 mix with water profing course and pointed with same mixed morter to full depth of tiles etc., complete.

Distember two coats over one coat of primary coat including cleaning preparing the surface one coat of primer.

Painting two coats with Exterior emulsion over one coat of primary coat including cleaning preparing the surface

Cost, Supply and fixing of Jolly including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete.

Cost & Supply of RCC Pipe 900mm dia (NP3)

Supplying and filling course gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel at site and all labour charges for filling ect., complete.

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package} (Refer Clause 1 & 20 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
