To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.,, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21,2021-22 and 2022-23a)Achieved in at least two financial years a Minimum financial turnover(in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of 593.00 Lakhs usually not less than 2 times the estimated annual payments under this contract) Calculated as per Govt circular PWD.60.CRM.2021 Dated.08/11/2021) and updated to the financial year in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invitedAudited profit and loss statement certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with UDIN number shall be submitted along with copies of IT returns filed for the two years indicated above shall be furnished. Charted Accountants certificate without UDIN Number will not be considered.
Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work (Supply and Fixing Of Centralized Public Digital Signage Display with CCTV, OFC Cable Works)of value not less than Rs. 247.00Lakhs(Usually not less than 50% of the estimated value of the Contract) during last 5 years reckoned back from 2021-22. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving weightage of 10% each year, if the work is completed prior to the year To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.,, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21,2021-22 and 2022-23 The certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria,willonly be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender valuei.The available tender capacity will be calculated as under:Assessed available tender capacity -(AXNX1.5 - B)WhereA-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the Financial year in which the tender is invited) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited -20/12 years.B -Value, at 2021-22price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the nextyear(Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)
