Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it is a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as approved. Chipping the spalled and detoriated cover concrete, cracked mortars, etc., using mechanicla / manual tools and removing the loose particles and dust until to reach a sound surface and removing the debris and dumping at nominated locations including lead and lift.

Providing shear connectors by drilling the required dia holes of 8mm to 16mm dia and depth of 80mm to 160mm in roof, beam, column, slab wherever required using electrically operated hammer drilling machine and cleaning the hole. Filling the drilled holes with the mixtures of the resin and harderner of the polyester resin anchor grout Lokfix as recommended by the manufacturer by inserting thte additional reinforcement. The rate to include the cost of mixtures and filling the holes with reinforcement but excluding the cost of providing reinforcement which will be paid separately.

Cleaning the reinforcement bars including dismantling the damaged concrete and all dust, including removing all loose scale and corrosion deposits by wire brush and necessary tools and plants including applying a coar of mixture of resin and the epoxy hardener (anticorrosive zinc coating) over a coat of Nitozinc primer in the prepared area and reinforcement.

Providing leak proof centering and shuttering using 25mm thick plywood for damage slab / beam to carring out micro concreting work including ceiling the gaps if any with renderoc plugging compound and removal of form work

Supply and application of expoxy bonding agent NITOBOND EP including mixing the base with hardner in the proportion recommended by the manufacturers on the prepared surface at the rate of 2.20 Liters per square metre etc complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
