CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PROVN OF 250 KLD AT KANDRORI AND 200 KLD STP AT MIRTHAL UNDER GE SOUTH PATHANKOT

Topographical and contour survey in the following areas using total station and DGPS which includes the following deliverables / devices. (a) Grid levels at 5m x5m grid interval - XLSX format. (b) Topographical plan with all necessary dimensions & details in soft copy (DWG) and in hard copy in 1:1000 scale (AO-08 Copies) having following details :-

(i) Land use details : demarcating high vegetation area, cultivation area viz, agricultural, residental, commercial, residential, shops & businees area etc. (ii) Existing Road Details : Entire road network with road edges marked (3D polyline) (iii) Crossing details : CD Stuctures, water path etc. (iv) Cultural details :Places such worship, graveyard etc. (v) Hydro Details : Ponds, tanks, lakes, streams, canals etc. (vi) Contour : Contour at 0.5m interval or better (or as found suitable as per site condition.

(vii) Boundary demarcation : Boundary wall of existing facility will be demarcated and marked in layout drawing. Topographical plan with all necessary demensions & details without levels in hand copy in 1:1000 scale (A0 2 sets)

(viii) L-Section at desired route (as suggested by Engineer in Charge) for each planned route to STP in hard copy showing chainage interval at 10m (A3/A2 8 sets) in hard and soft copy.

(ix) Cross section at 10m chainage interval (or as suggested by Engineer in charge) for each planned route in hard copy) A3/A4 sheet 8 seats).

(c) Preliminary field data collection. (d) Preparation sewer network showing GL/IL. (e) Calculation of sewage generation. (f) Tertiary treatment with reuse for flushing or arrangement or effluent nearby natural source collection and testing of sewage sample.

(g) Design and drawing of MBBR/MBR or any other technology sewage treatment plant. (h) Soil investigation at STP location. (j) Design of civil strucutre viz sump, tanks, pump house and related works. (k) Design of Recirulation system of treated water for gardening and arboriculture etc. (l) Preparation of detailed BOQ & Estimation as per SSR 2020 and submission of report. (m) Vetting of complete design and drawing from NIT/IIT (wherever applicable as per BOQ). (n) Submission of Particular Specification. (o) Specification of mech and elect eqpt requires to be used in STP. (p) Prep of bill of quantities, detailed, estimate etc of this proposed project scheme. (q) L section sewer line.

(q) Brief and latest specification of STP as per the latest guidlines of STP. (r) Location types design of manholes intercepted sump well/lift well. (s) Preparation of design of detailed drawings to scale of entire external services i.e external electric supply external water supply including load of street lights etc as per site requirement. All above documents to be submitted in triplicate. Note : Approx area - 320 Acre

Common Notes for all items of BOQ:- (i) No lodging, boarding and transportation will be provided by the department to visit the site during execution of main project as well as while performing the consultancy work and at the time of preparation of tender by the department for main project which will be based on the DPR provided by consultant under this contract. (ii) Consulatant will visit site at least once in a Quarter and total not less than 5 visits as decided by the GE during execution of work and provide technical assistance for implementation of design and drawings in execution and give suggestions/revisions to drgs/design if required, due to any reasons. (iii) Consultant is advised to visit site before quoting the rates. The area falls under GE South Pathankot. (iv) The consultant will also be required to visit office of the chief Engineer Pathankot zone and/or provide necessary clarifications when ever required during preparation and finalizing the tender/contract for the main project by the Department. The consultant quoted rates in this BOQ shall be inclusive of all such expenses to be borne by the consultant. (v) The consultant for Non compliance of any of the of contractual obligations to the best satisfaction of the accepting officer as stipulated in these common note No (ii) & (iv) above shall be penalized as per relevent clauses/paras of the contract. (vi) The design of technology proposed for STP shall comply the norms of treated effluent parameters within the limit prescribed by respective state pollution control board (PCB). (vii) In any case, the effluent shall not be discharged into natural streams / nallahs / canal / natural water bodies as per pollution control board norms.
