Taking down cement plaster on kerb stone, brick or stone walls, Chajja, soffit parapet, fascia etc including raking in out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendring 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finishing surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified & directed. Note : 1. Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately as "Supply Only"

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work in CM 1:6, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth using without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of external waterproof emulsion paint Apex Ultima or equivalent complete all as specified and directed over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new plastered surfaces of wall including necessary scaffolding required for painting work & safety measures at any height of bldg complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of walls over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (tint as approved by GE) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on bricks, kerb stone , stone , concrete surfaces, asbestos cement or plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper etc all as specificed and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 2 mm thick wall care putty on walls internally or externally complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for preparation of new/old distempered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of approved primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation /repairs of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling etc. incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl brooming down of steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and grease spot, washing etc. and applying one coat of white lime wash complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 12 above but applying one coat of oil emulsion disteper on plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl brooming down of steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and grease spot, washing etc. and applying one coat of white lime wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel & Iron of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) including necessary scaffolding required for painting work & safety measures at any height of bldg all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, walls , soffits/facia of chajja/roof slab etc and applying one coat of cement base paint at any height of bldg including necessary scaffolding required for painting work, safety measures all as all specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls/roof projection/chajja including concrete (plastered or un plastered) by brooming down and scraping wherever necessary and applying one coat of external waterproof emulsion paint Apex Ultima or equivalent with primer including necessary scaffolding required for painting work & safety measures at any height of bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls/roof projection/chajja including concrete (plastered or un plastered) by brooming down and scraping wherever necessary and applying Two coats of external waterproof emulsion paint Apex Ultima or equivalent with primer including necessary scaffolding required for painting work & safety measures at any height of bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces exc.10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Aluminium paint all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on old works with two or more coats and applying one coat of touchwood all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint or shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for writing letters or figures with synthetic enamel paint (Block, Roman, ltalic or Indian ) n.exc 30 cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of Interior wall surface of any moistured area including removing all fungus,dirt,grease and patches and drying surfaces and filling cracks if any with crack filler and appling two coats antifungal damp proof coating with time difference of min 04 hrs make Asian/ Dr Fixit Sure seal or equivalent, making surface ready to receive final surface finish area and applying two coats in horrizontal and vertical aplication all as per manufacturers instructions/specifiaction and directed by EIC.

Complete removal of entire existing water proofing treatment in any position including tarfelt, Plaster, lean concrete of any thickness, gravels etc. and removing the debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately as "Supply Only"

Supply only water proofing compound of approved make all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying Acrylic emulsion polymer of acrylic single component low viscosity polymer for preventing leakages over exisitng / New surface of slab, terrace, Chajjas, Balconies etc as per following procedure :- (a) Surface & surface preparation : Remove all the loose particles, dirt & dust clean by water, wire brush & mechanical cleaning , grease & oil should be cleaned using solvents, It the surface is previously coated with tar, it should be thoroughtly scraped off. The surface should be dry before application . All the cracks and crevices in the concrete slab to be filled with polyurethene based sealent with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Finish paint : Apply water based polyurethenene modified dispersion (single component cold applied ,non toxic,VOC complaint)in 03 coats icluding 01 coat of primer of same materials after dillution of water at 50 % or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturer's specification and as dircted by EIC/GE. Make:-Bostic,Berger,Fosroc,Sika,Asian,or any other make approved by E-in-C'sBranch for PU based water proofing treatment.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of manglore tiles roofs including repair/replacement of broken manglore tiles wherever required by removing dust, dirt, mosand making good roof surface etc and applying one coat of weather resisant acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved make complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The coulour scheme of the painting will be as decided by Engr-in-Charge/GE.
