Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation leveling and dressing and finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness). Including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets columns, pillers, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor 5 level exclusing cost of centring shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

1:1.5:3 (I cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bresumers and cantilevers.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in:.

Cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level

Cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 -part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

80x0.90 mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick top cover.

Extra for providing mechanical device chain and crank operation for operating rolling shutters.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix

1: 3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coat :

With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary accessories such as Handle, towerbolt eye hook and screws etc.:

35 mm thick shutters.

with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size - Second class deodar wood

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 3.5 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary such as Handle, towerbolt eye hook and screws etc. screws.

Wiring for light / fan / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor cable in surface / recessed ISI marked PVC conduit(2mm thick) including concealed box 6 inch and providing 5 amp switch and earthing complete as required.

Light point on board with copper wiring in ISI marked PVC conduit wiring for 3 Pin 6 amp plug point with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable including P/F of 3 Pin 6 amp socket outlet on switch board in surfaced recessed PVC conduit wiring system and 6 amp switch, earth the 3 pin as required with 01 No. PVIC insulated green colour wire.
