Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of Track works of Standard gauge

NOTE: 1..The quoted base price excludes GST and custom duty. 2.Evaluation will be done including GST and Customs duty & excluding Provisional sum. 3.For Price centre B to F, GST to be quoted at the rate of 12%. The bid price shall be arrived after considering the Input Tax credit of GST available to the bidder 4.The quoted amount by the bidder against GST , Basic Custom duty(BCD)& Social Welfare surcharge(SWS) under the respective columns shall be considered as the ceiling limit towards these tax components. But the actual tax reimbursement will be made only to the extent subject to the ceiling limit and based on production of documentary evidence towards discharge of contractor’s liability. 5.For imported items, Basic Customs duty and Social welfare surcharge will be reimbursed subject to the ceiling amount quoted. IGST on such imported supplies shall not be reimbursed, Since the bidder is eligible to avail the IGST as input tax credit. Accordingly, the bid price shall be arrived after considering the Input Tax credit of IGST.
