FRICTION DRIVE TYPE ARRIVAL SLAT CONVEYOR: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of heavy duty Endless Slat Type Flat Arrival Baggage Conveyor System having nominal useful width of 950mm, having rubber slats black in colour with smooth top of PVC / PU / Rubber, antistatic, flame retardant, height 450mm from finished floor level and speed of 24-30 Mtrs / min. The carousel shall have die-cast aluminimum chain block friction type suitable capacity drive unit complete with overlapping slats finished chain track unit frame work tension adjustment device stainless steel side covering (inner & outer) in the passenger area as well as in the non passenger area, toe-kick plate at inner & outer sides, infill, rubber slat of suitable dimensions with MS slat support having live loading capacity of 35 kgs per linear meter and all other accessories including cutting and drilling of holes, equipment grouting, earthing, necessary wiring, connection / interconnection etc. as required for successful commissioning of baggage conveyor system complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

FEEDER CONVEYOR FOR ARRIVAL SLAT CONVEYOR: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of heavy duty Slider Bed Conveyor of 5.5 Mtr. Loading + 5.5 Mtr. Feeding conveyor (i.e. 11 Mtr. for each set) measured across the center line having frame 1050mm (useful width not less than 1000 mm) and 400 mm height from finished floor level for easy handling of passenger baggage weighing 35 kg. per linear mtr at speed of 21 to 25 mtr / min. complete with PVC belt on bed construction as specified i/ c drive unit & end pulleys, take up pulley / side panels with 1.6mm thick of stainless steel & all other accessories for commissioning of the conveyor as per following length & specifications. Each Set Length = (5.5 Mtr. + 5.5 Mtr.) = 11 Mtr.(approx) Total 3 Sets of 11 Mtr. length

CONTROL PANEL: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of control panel of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated outdoor type both side openable & accessible double door floor mounted with locking arrangement suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3Phase, 50 Hz AC supply having 200 amp capacity copper busbar i/c earthing connections and comprising of components, features and control logic as required for arrival baggage handling system including all copper cabling for outgoing connections from panel to motor, emergency switches, shutters complete as required as per site conditions.

ROLLING SHUTTER: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of electricaly operated Rolling Shutter with arrangement for auto and manual operation to suit to the opening in wall fabricated extruded Aluminium provided with suitable rated tubular geared single phase motor directly coupled to the shaft of the shutter, limit switch or sensor interlock with conveyor starter, complete with guide channels wiring, earthing, painting etc. as required for the successful operation of the shutter for minimum opening size 1.5 mtr. (L) x 1.35 mtr. (W). complete as required as per site conditions.

DRAUGHT CURTAIN: Supply & Installation of Draught Curtain cover for the opening of conveyer belt, of sutiable size fabricated with 3mm thick Nylon Rubber flaps, to be fixed by SS flat strip as per size of shutter opening etc. the opening size shall be as per dimensions/ drawings approved by engg.-in-charge, complete as required as per site conditions.

Dismantling of existing arrival slat type conveyors (of length about 52 Mtr each) and keeping the same in AAI store (within 50 Mtr. distance) as per site condition and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Conrtract (AICMC)of 3 Nos slat type arrival conveyor belts along with other items (i.e. Sl. No:01 to 05) for 5 years (after defect liability period of 2 years)

Year - 2 (2.33% cumulative enhancement on Year - 1 AICMC cost)

Year - 3 (2.46% cumulative enhancement on Year - 2 AICMC cost)

Year - 4 (2.74% cumulative enhancement on Year - 3 AICMC cost)

Year - 5 (3% cumulative enhancement on Year - 4 AICMC cost)
