Supply, delivery & storage at site of horizontal multi stage centrifugal pumping machinery with base plate, flexible coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolt etc. having the following specification and as per NIT. a) Discharge : 1152 LPM (69.12m2/hr) b) Generated Head : 190 MWC. H-Q-P Curve of pumps in test bed has to be submitted during the delivery.

Supply, delivery & storage at site of Horizontal Foot mounted induction motor suitable for the pump duty mentioned above (Item No.1) with adequate margin as specified in the NIT. (75KW minimum) (Routine test certificate of Indication Motor has to be submitted during delivery)

Supply, delivery at site and storage manually operated CIDF Non-Rising Spindle type 150mm dia. Sluice Valve as per IS:14845 of PN-1.0 rating and as per detail given in NIT. N.B. : Test Certificate to be produced for each valve (AT SUCTION SIDE OF PUMP)

Supply, delivery at site and storage of Cast Steel Double Flanged Single Door Swing Check 125mm dia. N.R.V. generally confirming to BSEN of Class 300 rating and as per detail given in NIT. (Test Certificate, Warantee Certificate to be submitted for each valve at the time of delivery) (AT DELIVERY SIDE OF PUMP)

Supply delivery at site and storage of Cast Steel Double Flanged Actuator Operated Butterfly Valve generally confirming to BS:5155/IS:13095 and Disc Conforming to IS:1865 of Class 300 rating and as per detail given in NIT. (Test Certificate, Warantee Certificate to be submitted for each valve at the time of delivery) (AT DELIVERY SIDE OF PUMP & COMMON HEADER)

Supply, delivery at site and storage of Cast Steel / Ductile iron Tamper Proof Single Orifice Air Release Valve of DN 50 of Class 300 rating with isolating CS / DIDF Sluice Valve as per relevant IS Standard. (Test Certificate & Warantee Certificatte to be submitted for each valve at the time of delivery) (AT COMMON HEADER)

Supply, delivery at site and storage of burden type presure gauges 150mm dia Cast Aluminium Dial with SS Internal, DN 15 GI Impulse line with three way cock.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 150mm dia. and 125mm dia. and 200mm dia. MS ERW Pipe (Heavy Grade) (for Suction, Delivery & Delivery Header) along with necessary Bends, Bellmouth, Fittings viz. flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, eccentric reducers, concentric enlarger etc. as required to make the installation complete in all respect and as per NIT.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of Dewatering Pump of discharge 14m3/hr. at heade 10 mtrs. With motor and associated pipe line with valves as per details given in NIT.

Ultrasonic type continuous level Measuring unit with provision of 4-20mA analogue signal indicator & recorder for contimuous level monitoring as well as 5 nos. relay output for sensing high, low, low-low level in suction sump as per specification given in NIT.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of DN 200mm Electro- magnetic Flow Meter with remote indicator cum totalizer unit and cable between the meter and indicator as per the specification given in the NIT.

Design, manufacturing and supply of 2MT capacity x 6.0 mtrs. Span approx. x 4.5mtrs. Lift single girder construction Hand Operated Over Head Travelling Crane complete with indef brand Triple Spur Gear Chain Pulley Block and Geared Travelling Trolley including supply of Steel Gantry Girder with 40mm square rail suitable for the above crane for total length of 20 x 2 = 40 mtrs. The bay length shall be 20mtrs. (approx) and supporting distance for the steel gantry girdershall be 4.0 mtrs. max. The Crane shall be designed for class-1 duty indoor operation conforming to IS:807, IS:3177 and IS:3832. The Crane and Gantry Dirder shall be supplied at site duly painted with two coats Red Lead Primer. (Test and Guarantee Certificate have to be supplied at the time of delivery)

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 2mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel enclosed cubical type Indoor Floor Mounted 415Volt. PDB Panel baving required Feeders as per technical specification given in NIT.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 2mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel enclosed cubical type indoor floor mounted 415 Volt MCC cum PDB Panel having required feeders viz. DOL Starter, Star-Delta Starter etc. as per technical specification given in NIT.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of ladder type cable tray for laying of power cable and GI Perforated cable tray for laying of control cable at sub-station having proper MS structural support.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of G.I. Perforated cable tray at Pump House for laying of incoming & outgoing power cable and control cables to and from MCC Panel having proper MS structural support as per NIT specification..

Providing MS angle and removable chequered plate over the open portion of the cable trench at substation after installaltion of the equipment as per direction of EIC and with a provision of lifting lug over the MS Chequered Plate as per NIT Specification.

Installation of all items mentioned as in PART-A (Sl.No.1 to 33) including supply of all constructional materials for installation of Pump, Motor, Valves, HT Panel, Transformers, PDBs, LPBS etc. construction of Pipe Support, Valve Supports, Laying of Cables with necessary Jointing materials, earthing arrangement of motors, starters including supply of all erection items viz. rubber gaskets, nuts & bolts etc. including cost of welding etc. as required for completion of work in compliance with NIT Specification.

High pressure testing of the substation including relevant testing of 11KV VCB switch board, cables, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Testing & Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumps, Motors, Valves, Transformers, HT & LT Panels, cables, earthing, Chlorination System etc. as per direction and upto the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification.

Operation & maintenance of the above installation in pumping station, sub-station and related panels & equipments and chlorination system on 24 hours basis including guarding for a period of 12 months are to be provided with supply of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled personnel including watch & ward personnel from the date of commissioning. During maintenance period supply of all consumable materials, sundries & lubricants are to be provided by the concerned agency. Charges of electrical energy during maintenance period will be borne by the Deptt.
