Well Foundation (Pier P1)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying in well steining including curing, necessary centering, formwork, but excluding the cost of reinforcement and circular shuttering, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge including all carriages, leads and lifts.

Sinking of 8.0 m dia. well from working platform level through clayey slit, clayey sand, kankar strata including disposal of dredged material and allowing for heavy kentledge and chiseling for correction of tilt/shift if any.

Beyond 10 m upto 20m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade M20 (with 10% extra cement for under water concreting using tremie pipe) including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in bottom plug and top plug including all carriages, leads and lifts.

Sand filling in the well with approved quality fine sand and locally available sand bajri mix upto a level as per details.

Providing and construction of service links between different spans to reach island location from one pier to another.

Providing and fixing in position of HYSD reinforcement of grade Fe-415, in well steining including fabrication, laying and binding with 18 gauge annealed steel wire, all carriages, leads and lifts.

Circular Shuttering in well Steining having repetitive use and nominal centering.

Well Cap (Pier P1 and Pier P2)

Providing and fixing of non-retrievable staging and shuttering to well cap soffit (5.60m dia. and 6m height from top of top plug).

Pier Shaft (P1, P2 and P3)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-35 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying in pier shaft/pier cap/pier pedestals / reaction blocks etc. including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge including all carriages, leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing in position of good quality rigid shuttering for pier/abutment shaft and pier cap including staging with approx. staging height upto 10 mtrs (complete job).

Abutment Shaft

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying in R.C.C railings, crash barrier and protection wall including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge including all carriages, leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of necessary form work/shuttering of steel plates/kitply for deck slab, footpaths etc. including propping complete.

Providing and fixing of necessary form work/shuttering of steel plates/kitply for protection wall, dirt wall, R.C.C railings, crash barrier etc. including propping complete.

Providing and fixing in position of HYSD reinforcement of Grade Fe-415 in deck slab, footway, protection wall and wearing coarse etc. including fabrication laying and binding with 18 gauge annealed steel wire, all carriages, leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing in position expansion joints complete with U-strip made from 20 Gauge copper strip, MS angles with welded anchors and MS top bolt and nuts complete as per standard drawing, including providing and filing of approved quality bitumen mastic sealant in expansion joints wherever necessary, prepared and applied as directed including all incidental work complete.

Providing and fixing in position of rain water collection boxes with pipe outlets RWCB type-II partly in MS sections and cast iron complete as per details (MS angle Frame with Anchors to be cast in position along with deck slab for seating and fixing of RWCB).

APPROACH WORK

Earthwork excavation in all kind of soils upto required depth for laying of R.C.C raft including diverting of nallah, dewatering of foundation trenches during execution of work (As directed by Engineer incharge) with all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying of nallah stone soling in trenches including all carriages from approved source to site of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade M15 including curing and all carriages from approved source to site of work but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including all carriages, leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of grade M20 in foundation including curing, but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement including all carriages, leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing in position of HYSD reinforcement of Grade Fe-415 including fabrication laying and binding with 18 gauge annealed steel wire in R.C.C. strip, all carriages, leads and lifts.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation, plinth and superstructure including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete with Cement mortar 1:6 including all carriages from approved source to site of work.

Providing of P.C.C bands in M15 (1:2:4) in stone work and Cement concrete (1:2:4) in parapet walls, copings including curing, all carriages from approved source to site of work but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for P.C.C bands, Coping etc.

Backfilling available excavated material in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering with all leads and lifts

Painting with synthetic enamel paint (two coats) over an under coat of suitable shade on concrete work of crash barrier, railings and parapets including preparation of concrete surface etc. complete job.
