Material and labour for preparing scarified top of BM/ WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying tack coat @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using Bituminous Cold Emulsion Rapid setting Grade-1 (RS-1) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes or using pressure blower and compressor for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using Bituminous Cold Emulsion Rapid setting Grade-1 (RS-1) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing old bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes or using pressure blower and compressor for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt applying tack coat @ 3.5 Kg per 10 Sqm using Bituminous Cold Emulsion Rapid setting Grade-1 (RS-1) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Premix Bituminous Macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of VG-30, laid rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Applying 2 mm thick road marking paint with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint confirming to BS-3262 (1989), either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surfaces of cement or bituminous surface, laid down through road marking machine using thermo plastic material by incorporating the white glass powder for reflectivity in 100 mm width in white or golden yellow colour by using applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil grease and foreign material etc complete as direction of Engineer-in-Charge and in accordance with applicable specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde -E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
