Maintinance and Operation of Reverse Osmosis Plant (RO Plant of capacity 2x3000 LPH & capacity 1x1000 LPH) installed at various location as under operated by 01(One) Operator Skilled in two shift as under :- (a) RO Plant of capacity 2x3000 LPH, Raw water (Booster) feeder pump, High pressure stainless steel pump, type -Monoblock Installed at Near Japanies Well) (i) 1st Shift from 06:00 Hrs to 14:00 Hrs with one Operator. (ii) 2nd Shift from 14:00 Hrs to 22:00 Hrs with one operator (b) RO Plant of capacity 1x1000 LPH , Raw water (Booster) feeder pump, CPVC pipe, Sand filter media Vessel, carbon Medical Filteration System, Micron Cartiage Filteration System, Anti Scalent Dozing System complete installed at Near Station Mandir, operated by 01(One) Operator Skilled Person as requirement basis. (i) One general shift from 08:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs

Note:- (a) The unit rate quoted by the contractor are based on Minimum wages as notified by the Government of India / State Govt. / Union Teritory / Local body which ever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, BONUS , TAXES etc. on the last due Date of Bid Submissionas on bid submission end date. While claiming the RAR/FB, proof of making contribution towards EPF / ESIC / BONUS etc. shall be enclosed with RAR/FB. (b) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notifed by the Government of India / State Govt. / Union Teritory / Local body which ever is higher including all statuarry provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Taxes etc as applicable as on the last due Date of Bid Submission. his tender will be treated as non bonafied and will not be considered for accepatnce, in such case lowest bidder shall be determined from the amonst the valid / bonafied bidd only. (c) The operator should possess minimum ITI having five year by OEM in operation & maintinance of RO plant of capacity 1000/ 3000 LPH and same also be approved by the accepting offcer.

(d) Contractor shall ensure that operator always be present in each shift . In case of absence of any operator the penality @ ₹ 100/- per hours per operator shall be imposed on the contractor. (e) The Contractor shall provide proper uniform , raincoat, protective cloathing such as hand glovs, Helmet, safety belt, first aid box and shoes etc to all the person on duty and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (f) Contractor shall provide Log Sheet and maintain the same on daily basis and the cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (g) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the area sourounded in RO Plant duly cleaned position. All necessary T&P in this regard shall be arranged by the contractor.

S&F activated carbon suitable for 1000/3000 LPH capacity RO plants of approved make as per OEM all as directed by Engineer in Charge

S&F 8040 RO Membrane suitable for 1000 LPH RO plants of approved make as per OEM all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Dismantling of sand filter media and replace the C sand suitable for 1000/3000 LPH RO plant all as specified and directed

All as per item No 05 but replace sand filter mediia and replace with new material sand suitable for 1000/3000 LPH RO plant all as specified and directed

All as per item No 05 but replace Silex suitable for 1000/3000 LPH RO plant all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 05 but replace Pebbles suitable for 1000/3000 LPH RO plant all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing RO Tube 1/4 th 20 Mtr

Supply and replacing Brass connector for RO Tube

Supply and replacing Flow meter ( Reject / permeate) GSE,UKL

Supply only 4040 Memrane Model TMG 10 of make Toray membrane /Film tech USA or any other equivalent for the spares of the RO plant for maintenance as per the manufacturers requirement all as specified and as directed

Supply only 20" Long PP Micron Cartridge for the spares af the RO plant for maintenance as per the manufacturers requirements all as specified and as directed.

Supply only NSF Certified low/high pH RO Antiscalant of pack 25 Ltr

Supply only Hydrocloric acid for RO of pack 5 Ltr

Supply only calcium based chlorine granule for disinfection of water complete all as specified and as directed . Make - Declibac, RMCO, or equivalent of approved makes

Supply only Soda Ash / Caustic Soda ( Naoh)

Supply and laying 3 layer PPR-R (Polypropylene random copolymer ) pipes of 50MM outer dia ,SDR 7.4 (PN-16) and SDR 11 UV stabilized antimicrobial usion welded having internal stability for hot and cold water including supply all types of PPR plain and brass threaded polyproplyne random fittings and fixing including testing complte laid in trenches all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down burnt inducting motor of 2.2KW/3HP capacity , 3 phase, 415 Volt from common base frame including disconnection of all electrical connection and pump coupling transportation to work shop (Port Blair) & back, opening of stator & rotor for rewinding of motor with super enamelled copper conductor winding wire of same gauge, including necessary varniching of winding, replacement of all old insulation packing of stator slots, terminal plate, reassembling the motor, testing on bench , refixing of motor in existing common base frame with pump complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down burnt inducting motor of 5.5KW/7.5HP capacity , 3 phase, 415 Volt from common base frame including disconnection of all electrical connection and pump coupling transportation to work shop (Port Blair) & back, opening of pump assembly and replace worn out part such as (a) Impeller assembly (Brass / Stainless Steel), (b) Shaft Stainless Steel (c) Bush Brass (d) Spacers (e) Gland packing color (f) Nuts & bolts, packing gasket as required complete and reassembling the pump , testing on bench , refixing of motor in existing common base frame with pump complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F FRP Vessel (Modal : 1354) along with all fitting i.e. top mount multiport volve, rising pipe, top and bottom stainer suitable for 1000 LPH capacity RO plant all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
