Redesigning (wooden with teak ply) and fixing of new windows shutters in place of existing window shutters as per direction of EIC including cost of dismantling of old windows including cost of all fittings fixtures, glazing and accessories etc including cost of polishing Jali frame and painting of glass panes outer side and fixing of 8mm thick glass panes on fixed window all cost of material and carriage complete.

Making and fixing wall paneling upto roof level with 19mm thick waterproof ply, teak ply including cost of adhesive all fitting / fixtures and cost of polishing including all leads, lifts and all cost of carriages of material involved.

Providing and fixing of new doors made of 30mm thick waterproof ply with teak ply both side with all fixtures and cost of polishing complete including all leads and carriages.

Painting walls and room with impression paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) including priming cat with cement primer complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats)

Providing and fixing of Roller Zebra blinds in windows of approved shade/ colour/ quality including the cost of all carriages compete job as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing of door mats in room including cost of material and carriages complete.

Engagement of labour skilled/ unskilled for various dismantling works like tacking of floors, brick work, damaged tiles, etc including stacking of serviceable material as directed by EIC and disposal of unserviceable material up to 50 mtr lead.

Labour

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75-A in super structure up to floor V-level In cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 fine sand). Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

12mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half Brick wall of mix: 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and fixing of laminated wooden flooring of approved shade / colour/ quality including the cost of all fittings complete job as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make (12*18) like NITCO. ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3:3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Including carriage of material.

Providing and fixing Ceramic glazed Floor tiles wherever required of size 1'0"x1'0" or above in floors or as directed by EIC of approved make like NITCO, KAJARIA or equivalent etc. over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Making cupboard using waterproof ply 19mm thick all sides and for shelves, 1 mm thick mica all fixtures and fittings complete in all respects including glazing, enameled paint etc and costs and carriages of all materials involved including polish on teak on outer face.

Providing / fixing powder coated aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z- sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS :733 and IS :1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including 5mm thick glass, including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C. P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in charge (including glazing and paneling) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required including all fittings complete.

Providing and fixing C P Sanitary fittings/ fixtures of approved brand like (Jainco, Ess Ess, Marc, Jaguar, Parko, Cera or equivalent) as directed by EIC.
