Repairs to 25HP 3Phase submersible motor by way of dismantling of motor from the pump. The job includes complete rewinding of motor with new copper wire of required gauge and size as per sample after extraction of old/burnt out copper wire from the starter slots. The job further includes P/F of Gun metal bushes (04 Nos) as per sample. The technical men required for rewinding of motor including all necessary tools and tackles ,necessary taping etc are included in the job.
Repairs to 10,000 GPH, 3 Stage submersible pump by way of dismantling of pump parts /stages checking of impellers of every stage and replacement of damaged/worn-out parts as per sample as follows. (i)P/F Gun Metal bushes(03 Nos) (ii)P/F of S.S Sleeves(03 Nos) Reassembling of pump stages, coupling of motor with pump and shifting it back to site and testing on full load. (scrap shall be the property of the firm)
