Material and labour for suspended false ceiling consisting of suitable anodised aluminium sections of ‘Tee’ of size not less than 22.50 x 22.5 x 0.5 mm Angle of size 22.5 x 22.5 x 0.5 mm & FI as per std engineering practices with prepainted/laminated ‘E’ board ceiling boards 6 mm thick in grid of 605 x 605 mm including cutting holes and making good holes for main joist, suspending with 6 mm dia GI wire to roof trusses, purling & rafters etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Chief. etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:(i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allow to dry. To this surface apply chremitic polycrete admixture at the rate of not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) When polymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is done with poltycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction. (iii) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on any account complete all as specified & directed. (iv) Shifting of Electrical cable/communication cable/OFC Cable/water pipe line and refixing/layout the same in same condition after completion of the work without any extra cost as per place direction of Engr-in-Charge. (v) Disposal of debris to outside the station where suitable for contractor.
