SITC of Retrofit Emission Control Device in the existing 750KVA capacity DG Set installed at Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital Khichripur Delhi

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Retrofit Emission Control Device in the existing 750 KVA DG sets to reduce Particulate Matter (PM), Hydrocarbon and Carbon Monoxide emission by at least 70%. Adhering to this, Device should be 'Type Approved' as per the System and Procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of Retro-fit Emission Control Devices (RECD) For Diesel Power Generating Set Engines, Dated 01/02/2022, wide Pollution Control Series PCLS/12/2021-22. Adhering to this, RECD should be 'Type Approved' for equivalent KVA rating from any one of the four Central Pollution Control Board, Govt. of India,recognized/approved test agencies/laboratories. The RECD device should be equipped with a remote data Monitoring system certified by ICAT/ARAI providing essential information recorded at every 15 minutes, including but not limited to : i. Energy consumption ii. Running hours iii.Warnings related to ECD diagnosis for the following conditions: 1. Complete loss of particulate capture function. 2. Removal of the ECD system. 3. Failure of the ECD system. 4. Detection of exhaust bypass, temporary or permanent, as part of field/operating, tempering. .RECD should not accumulate any soot, during the emission control process/NO addition device requirement for the disposal of soot.
