Job Details :- (i) Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & with one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings/fixture etc and open recessed type Plastic Enclosure( Plastic Switch Board ) ISI Marked (IS:14772) for housing switches / sockets all a specified and directed.(a) One light point controlled by one switch.(b) One Fan point controlled by one regulator/switch.(c) One 3 pin socket 5 A on independent board.(d) One bell point controlled by one bell switch.(ii) Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core copper stranded FRLS PVC insulated 1100 volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings / fixture etc and open recessed type Plastic Enclosure (Plastic Switch Board) ISI marked (IS 14782) for housing one 15 A Switch / sockets all a specified and directed.(iii) M/L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4.0 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade with colour code and one run of 4.0 Sq mm single core Flame retardan PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor green colour cable for continuous earthing complete in & including PVC casing & caping with all fttiing & fixtures all as directed and specified. (Note:- Three runs of 4 Sqmm copper cable including PVC casing & caping shall be mesured and paid as one length).(iv) Supply and fix switch piano flush type 5 Amp one way.(v) Supply and fix switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 A flush type.(vi) Supply and fix switch socket combination 5 / 16 A, 5 in 1, flush type. (vii) Supply and fix ceiling rose surface type bakelite/PVC three terminal 65x50mm.(Viii) Supply and fix Piano switch bell push type switch 5 A.(ix) Supply and fix bell electric 230V single pole complete as directed.(x) Supply and fix Geyser 25 ltrs capacity, BEE 5 star rating conforming to relevant IS, close type, storage water heater, Equipped with all the safety devices. Class of appliances should be Class-I and pressure class should also be Class-I. Outer casing must be of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadience Styrene) material. complete with all necessary fixing arrangement at site all as directed by Engr-in-Charges.(xi) Supply and fix in repair ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep 230 volts, 5 star rating including blades , canopy & downrod complete as directed.(xii) Supply and fix high quality indoor LED tube light fitting 20 Watt with aluminium extrusion housing, energy effient T5, epoxy powder coated CRCA sheet housing complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core 0.5 Sqmm flexible copper conductor cable ceiling rose to fitting terminal. Make : HPL, Model; Neptune plus LED Cat part No: HLPT51520CW or equivalent in CG/Philips/Havells.(xiii) Supply and fixing LED mirror light fitting 09 Watt including electrical connections complete as directed.(xiv) Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure MCB DB double door SPN 4 way 230 V with neutral link and with 200 A bus bar.(xv) Supply and fix MCB SPN 240 V, 6 to 32 Amps. complete all as directed at site.(xvi) Supply and fix MCB SP 240 V ,6 to 32 Amps complete all as directed at site.
