SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ROOF CHAJJAS AND CERTAIN EXTERNAL PORTIONS OF THE MD ACCN IN SI LINES UNDER GE BHOPAL

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying one coat of wall care white putty 1mm thick and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including a coat of compatible wall priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick cement mortar on brick/stone surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6, even and smooth finish without using extra cement in patches including taking down cement old plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair face of brick/ concrete surfaces as in ceiling including taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15mm thick rendering CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including using water proofing compound and taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cutting grooves of size 15x10mm in facia/ projection of roof and chajjas etc as in drip course and making good with cement plaster 1:4, using any means necessary, scaffolding if required upto 10 meter complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper white/coloured over one coat of white cement based putty (where it is required) all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint over complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling by brooming down and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chicken wire mesh, mild steel 12mm mesh size and 0.56mm dia of wire complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates, bond stones, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work including demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings (un reinforced) nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sunken floor treatment as follows:-

Demolition of cement concrete of sunken floors including removing debrish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instruction for fill all hole and crack of sunken floor including and testing for water tightness for24 hours complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC(1:1.5:3) type A-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout complete all as sspecified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on vertical sides and top surface in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions in sunken portion finished even and smooth without using extra cemenrt complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Plaster shall be dome over PCC coving when the same is green. (ii) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying two coats of Dr. Fixit krystalline water proofing coating compound of Make: Pidilite or of equivalent in other make as approved shall be applied after laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water tightness testing should be done after applying water proofing compound, by ponding water for 72 hours & rectify, if any defects.

M&L for filling the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using brick aggregate over the treated surface.

M&L for providing spouts of 50mm dia GI pipe light grade n exc 1 m and projecting 450mm clear of face outer wall with PVC mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water, if any.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exe 0.11 sqm but not exe 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or beding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finish in CM 1:6 including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14.00 here-in-before but on vertical surface over and including screed bed or beding layer of mortar 10mm thick for laying floor finish in CM 1:4 including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or beding layer of mortar 10mm thick for laying floor finish in CM 1:4 including demolition all as specified and directed.

M & L for ponding test by filling 75 mm deep water over roof treatment by making necessary arrangement to fill the complete Roof slab at least for 72 hrs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting grooves or chase in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and including filling with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing as mentioned in Annex D of IS 16532: 2017, IS 16540: 2017 compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC slab mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction all as specified. Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for bituminous VG-10 @ 1.2 kg/sqm in each coat to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for preparation of old existing roof surface by washing rubinng down removing oil grease and vegetation etc. and applying ready made branded chemical tratment of approved OEM to roof/exterior wall/parapet wall/chhajja and any other position as per site requirement in following steps:- Steps-1 Opening of sealed container and dilute the chemical with water @ 1:3 using mechanical mixer to prepare primer and apply one coat of primer using roller complete all as specified and as directed, Allow 4-6 hrs for dry treatment. Steps-2 Apply two coats of approved chemical roof treatment with roller to primed surface as per Manufacturer instruction and allow 4-6 hrs for dry treatment. Note:- (i) Removal of old roof treatment work and plastering to floor/wall surface will be measured and paid separetely under respective item. (ii) Work shall be got executed only from approved OEM.

M&L for preparing and applying Dr. Fixit rain coat on wall in following steps as appended below:- Steps (1) :- Existing substrates cleaned and removed all scale dirt, algea moss, fungal growth with high pressure water using high pressure jet washer. All loose plaster will be repaired with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit pidicrete URP and norrow cracks upto upto 5 mm shall be repaired with crack X-paste and the larger cracks upto 10 mm with Dr Fixit crack-X shrink free. The surface shall be made dry completely for upto 4-6 days for application of primer. Steps (2) :- M&L for applying one coat primer Dr Fixit primeseal diluted with 2:1 with water (primeeal water) mainting spreading rate @ 8 to 10 sqm/ltr complete all as specified and as directed. Steps (3) :- M&L for applying two coats of Dr fixit raincoat without and dilution for coverage 3.5 sqm per/ltr and apply second coat of Dr. Fixit rain coat without any dilution for coverage 7 sqm/ltr complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) second coat must be applied after lapse of 6 to 8 hours application of first coat. (II) The application of Dr Fixit rain coat must be avoided at temperature below 10'C more than 35'C in direct sunlight.

M&L for applying one coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint over prepared surface after rain coat on walls as in final coat all as specified and directed.

M&L for grout of permanent bonding of strutural damage/crack, porosity of concrete to attend leakage/seepage with pressure grouting with 15mm bore GI Pipe Nozzle under the pressure of 5 kg/sqcm using cement based grout, treatment to be made as per instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as levelling course of roof padding finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately including demolition all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade, galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down old tube in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade, galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down old tube in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm PVC(SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches or in floors including Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC(SWR) 110mm pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches or in floors including taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm PVC(SWR) bend any radius, jointed with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm PVC(SWR) junction single (single 'T') equal or unequal jointed with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm PVC(SWR) vent cowl any radius jointed with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (padestal pattern), white (excluding flushing costern and flush pipe) all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 10 ltrs capacity PVC low level flushing cistern, of make specified with inlet, float valve and handle including bracket with 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin, white flat back of size 550 x 400mm excluding tap but including brackets/CP brass 32mm waste coupling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm angle valve stopcock, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure chromium plated screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bib taps, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure chromium plated screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair to CP health faucet suitable for 15mm bore with connecting pieces including all necessary fittings and accessories complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm wall mixer with provision for bath telephone shower and overhead shower all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs to PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

All as per ser item 59.00 here-in-before but 6mm to 8mm dia as in stirrups, binders complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concret (nominal mix) type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in the shelves and the like etc including demolition of reinforced concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed .

Use & waste for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed
