Providing Four numbers HIGHLY SKILLED Manpower on all days including sundays & holidays (Excluding weekly off) for operation & maintenance of all E&M installations as per technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Providing Twenty numbers SKILLED Manpower on all days including sundays & holidays (Excluding weekly off) for operation & maintenance of all E&M installations as per technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Providing Fourteen numbers SEMI SKILLED Manpower on all days including sundays & holidays (Excluding weekly off) for operation & maintenance of all E&M installations as per technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Providing Twelve numbers UN SKILLED Manpower on all days including sundays & holidays (Excluding weekly off) for operation & maintenance of all E&M installations as per technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Comprehensive maintenance of fire fighting system at Terminal No. 2 includes hydrant pump set, sprinkler pump set, jockey pump set, engine operated hydrant pump set, power cum control panel, pressure switches, gun metal hydrants, gun metal branch pipe, hose cabinet, fire brigade inlet, fire brigade drawl, all type of valves, flow switches, flow switch alarm panel, pressure gauge etc. as per Inventory shown in Annexure-A.

Comprehensive maintenance of addressable fire detection and alarm system at Terminal No. 2 includes fire detection alarm panel, addressable smoke detectors, heat detectors, hooters, Mannual call points, weather proof horns, response indicators, control modules, fault isolators, PA system, amplifier etc. as per Inventory shown in Annexure-B.

Half Yearly visit of original equipment manufacturer(OEM) of intelligent fire detection & fire alarm system to check performance and breakdowns or as and when required (for Siemens make intelligent addressable FDA system).

Servicing of Engine operated fire fighting pump set by OEM/Authorized Service Agency as per manufacturer recommendation including replacement of lubricating oil and filters etc. i/c B check of fire engine.

Inspection, repairing, servicing, overhauling and testing of 800/1250/1600/2500 Amp GE/ C&S make Air Circuit Breaker from the manufacturer or from the authorised service dealer of manufacturer. Cost of spare (if required) shall be paid extra by AAI.

Inspection, repairing, servicing, overhauling and testing of Crompton make Vacuum Circuit Breaker (11KV, 800 amps capacity) from the manufacturer or from the authorised service dealer of manufacturer. Cost of spare (if required) shall be paid extra by AAI.

Checking, servicing, callibration & testing of following protection relays provided on 11 KV VCB Breaker panel complete as per site requirment - a) Numerical O/C & Earth fault relays (3 O/C + 1 EF) - 5 Nos. b) Master trip relay -5 Nos. c) Trip ckt supervision relay -5 Nos. d) Auxilary relay for transformer protect -3 Nos. e) Aux relay for transformer neutral - 3 Nos.

Ambient Noise monitoring of 750 KVA DG set from an ISO certified laboratory with following parameter:- Lday and Lnight including collection of sample from site and submission of test report etc. Complete as required.

Stack emission monitoring of 750 KVA DG set from an ISO certified laboratory with following parameters :- PM,Sulphur dioxide,NO2 including collection of sample from site and submission of test report etc. Complete as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade

Rewinding of fan motor of Ceiling Fan/Wall mounted /Exhaust Fan etc with enamelled copper wire of required grade insulation and Providing & Fixing of brass bushes Including dismantiling the existing fan motor, transportation to & fro, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, bushes etc. need not to be returned)

Repairing & Rewinding of 3 Phase 1.1 /2.2 KW Motor monoblock/mud pump set including replacement of Motor bush, Oil seal, bearings etc including dismantiling the existing pump, transportation to & for, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, bushes etc. need not to be returned)

Repairing & Rewinding of 3 Phase 4.0 / 5.5 KW Motor monoblock pump set including replacement of Motor bush, Oil seal, bearings etc including dismantiling the existing pump, transportation to & for, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, bushes etc. need not to be returned)

Repairing & Rewinding of 3 Phase 9.2 / 9.3 KW Motor monoblock pump set motor including replacement of Motor bush, Oil seal, bearings etc including dismantiling the existing pump, transportation to & for, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required. Repairing & Rewinding of 3 Phase 1.1/ 2.0 KW Motor Submersible pump set motor including replacement of Motor bush, Oil seal, bearings etc including dismantiling the existing pump, transportation to & for, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, bushes etc. need not to be returned)

Repairing & Rewinding of 3 Phase 5.0/ 7.5 Hp Motor Submersible pump set motor including replacement of Motor bush, Oil seal, bearings etc including dismantiling the existing pump, transportation to & fro, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, bushes etc. need not to be returned)

Lifting and lowering of 5/7.5 HP submersible pump set from bore well upto the depth of 150 meter including replacement of bolts, gasket, arrangement of all required T&P and sundaries etc complete as required

Visit charges of service Engineer from Authorized Lab/ Specialised Agency as per approval of E-I-C for inspection of Sewage Treatment Plant.

Removal of dry sludge from sludge bed of STP i/c disposal the same outside the airport premises etc as required.

Cleaning of all the tank of sewage treatment plant (i/c Collection tank, aeriation tank, chlorine contact tank, filter feed tank, treated water tank etc.) by removing all the waste material / sewage /mud and removal/disposal of waste material from the airport premises, complete as per site requirement.

Complete servicing & overhauling of twin lobe air blower 200 m3/hr Capacity (Make: Everest, Model: M5075) i/c replacement of oil, oil seal, bearing and internal worn out parts but excluding suction filter etc. complete as required.

Supply & Replacement of activated carbon of 800 IV (Iondine value) grade in Activated Carbon Filter of STP.

Supply & Replacement of Sand & Gravel Media Sand Filter of STP.

Supply of Pressure Gauge (upto 14Kg/cm2) .

Supply of liquid chlorine (sodium hypo chloride) .

Supply of Jaggery(Gud)

Supply of fetilizer Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) &Urea.

Supply of Cow Dung.

Supply of TCCA-90 (Trychlo Iso Cynuric Acid).

Testing of water from the approved test laboratory and submitting the test reports with following parameters: BOD, COD, TSS, O&G, PH value etc. i/c collecting the sample of incoming effluent/ treated water from the STP.

Cleaning of the water body (fountain tank) and keep it operation by removing all the waste material /mud and removal/disposal of waste material from the airport premises, complete as per site requirement.

Supply of Indian National Flag of size 30 ft X 20 ft made out of 100% shinny knitted polyester , washable and durable conforming to Flag code of India etc complete as required.

Testing of R O water from the approved test laboratory and submitting the test reports with following parameters as per IS 10500: colour, dour, Taste, Turbidity, pH, Total hardness,Fe,CI,residual Chlorine,Fluoride,total Alakanity,TDS including microbiological test(Coli form,E.Coli) etc. i/c collecting the sample of incoming RAW/treated water from the RO.

Comprehensive maintenance of different make of 50 LPH Reverse Osmosis (RO) units (ONE JOB = ONE UNIT PER MONTH) including monthly visit of OEM/ authorised service partner and submit report etc. as per Inventory shown in Annexure-C.

Comprehensive maintenance of different make water cooler of different capacity (upto 150 Ltr/150 Ltr capacity) for ONE UNIT PER MONTH. as per Inventory shown in Annexure-D.
