Construction of un-reinforced,dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement of M40 grade over a prepared sub base with cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in conccrete mixer as per approved mix design, , spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing .

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (1:4) (1cement:4course sand) and filling the joint with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tile including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, labour cess, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of, M.S Grill for (MS Door, MS GATE ,M.S grill ,, MS Square Bar Spike to openings,tubular trusses and collapsible gate ) of approved specification and of approved size, materials and design with a coat of primer including painting two coats over a coat of redoxide primer with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, royality, etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Loosening & Levelling to a depth of 150mm, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment /sub-grade as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 305, 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 80 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make , design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018 And as directed by theEngineer-In-Charge.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 150kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver and compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per Clause 601 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Supplying . fitting and fixing of 32mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with Imm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and installing two component acrylic modified cementitious waterproofing coating with Masterseal 551 /Equivalent over roof slab after carrying out pond test on roof slab, filling all defects, saturating the surface, mixing the products and then application in 2.0 mm thickness (1.8 Kg / sqm coverage rate for 1.0 mm thickness) in suitable layers complete in all respect, all materials, tools, plant & labour complete in all respect as per direction of E.I.C.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required density etc complete as per Clause No.305 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

The luminaire should have IP 65 protection for critical components, IK07 for complete AIO solar light ( As per IK report of third party NABL lab), having lumen output of > 10000 lumen (lumen efficacy >160 lm/w) as per LM 79 report of NABL lab to justify the lumen output & lumen efficacy. Lenses should be provided on the LED chip for better lighting distribution to avoid glare on human eyes. Both the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel must be manufactured in India. The Solar lighting company must submit the third party NABL lab reports to justify the lumen efficacy, luminaire output and IP 65 protection.

. The Luminaire should be supplied along with adjustable type mounting bracket which can be fitted directly on the pole. The Solar Street light with solar panel having capacity of 180 Wp or more must be designed to take the wind load at 180 km/hr wind speed (As per wind load test report). The Solar lighting manufacturer must submit the declaration letter mentioning that complete solar light and the solar panel are manufactured in India and warranty certificate on their company's letter head by mentioning warranty period as 5 years and necessary aftersales service will be provided through their tollfree base service network

The solar street light company must be having own NABL accredited laboratory. The model shall be Anchor by Panasonic model no: PA060W11MLF2419 or it's equivalent of Philips/Wipro/Jaquar only. The executant has to maintain the solar light for a defect liabilities period of 5 years.The solar lighting company must be having inhouse NABL lab having registered office in Odisha and Toll free service set up within 100 KM from the project site. The following test reports shall be submitted for the technical acceptance of the products(from 3rd party NABL Lab) : 1.LM 79, 2. IP 65 test report, 3. Wind load test report of 180 Wp Panel fitted in AIO Street light suitable for 180 KM/Hr wind Speed.4,IK 07 The AIO solar street light must comply to the following & necessary certificates must be obtained in the name of lighting company to be submitted in the department before the start of procurement process: .

Construction of RCC foundation by using M20 grade RCC and Fe 415 grade reinforcement in the foundation by considering the SBC as 10 T per sq mtr and fixing the 4 nos. fdn bolts in that foundation for installation of pole with Solar light on that foundation. The work shall be excuted as per the direction of EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour T&P and fitting and fixing brass/CP fittings of the following nominal bore with supply of all joiniting materials including cost & conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of taxes etc. all complete as per P.H specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Installation of 8 mtr pole on the civil foundation after fixing the 60 W AIO Light in the pole by using suitable machinery by taking all safety precautions as per the direction of EIC. (make- as approved by PWD Odisha)
