SITC of 20 Mtr High mast systems in two sections suitable for IS 875 part 3 complete with all accessories as per specifications. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for IS 875 part 3 wind speed criteria. It shall also include accessories comprising latching type head frame, galvanized luminaries carriage suitable to install minimum 15 nos. of LED luminaries (500 Watt) asymmetrically with suitable counter weights, double drum winch, 8mm dia stainless steel wire rope, 6C X 2.5 sq.mm. ERP trailing copper cable with connectors, integral electrically operated power tool install inside the base compartment with raising with suitable capacity TPN MCB etc. providing M 20 grade RCC foundation with suitable design as per site conditions, foundation bolts of suitable size as per approved design and manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, suitable size anchor plates etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of high-quality integrated LED Flood Light with a minimum system lumen of 63700 Lm and system efficacy of minimum 135 lumen/watt. CCT of 5700K with SDCM < 5 and CRI ≥ 70. The housing should be of non-corrosive single pice high-pressure die-cast aluminum to with stand extreme environments. with PF > 0.95. Lifetime of 50K hours @L70. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with an IK rating of 08. Optical and control gear compartments shall be maintainable/ replaceable without impacting the LED units. The access to the optical and the gear compartment should be separate. While accessing the gear compartment, the optical compartment should not be accessible. The Luminaire should have a 20 KV /10 KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. LM79 and LM80 reports must be submitted from a NABL accredited laboratory. Luminaire and driver must be BIS Certified and the certificates must be submitted for records. Luminaire and driver should be of same make. Similar to Philips BVP485 LED637 CW NB A1 PSU GR SPD suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz AC complete as required suitable for Apron High Mast.

Design, Manufacture, Supplying, Indoor type LT Panel & Transport to the site, Receiving, Unloading, Shifting to various locations, handling, assembling, installation in correct aligned position, grouting with dash fasteners, GI nuts-bolts, testing and commissioning of the following bolted fabricated in compartmentalized conform to IEC61439, IS: 8623/1993 suitable for 415V, 3Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz Ac supply, are housed in design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plate, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mmx 50mmx50mmx 5mm thick for Main L.T. Panel and 40mm x 25mm x 25mm x 5mm thick plates for MDB/MCC and SDBs etc., incl. cleaning & finishing complete, SMC bus bar supports, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections and all front and back doors shall be hinged type and earth with frame. Entire panel shall have a common copper continuous earth bar of size 50mm x 6mm or as specified below, including all features of electrical & mechanical interlocking with incomers. a) 2 No. 250A FP 36KA MCCB having thermal magnetic release with rotary handle as incoming with metering, CTs & R, Y & B indication lamps along with mechanical interlock in between incommers. b) 6 Nos. 63 A FP MCCB, 16KA having thermal magnetic release with rotary handle as outgoing with On/Off indication using LED lamps etc. as required.

Supply of 4 X 16 sq.mm PVC insulated and XLPE Sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS:7098 with up to date amendments etc. as required.

Supply of 3.5 X 50 sq.mm PVC insulated and XLPE Sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS:7098 with up to date amendments etc. as required.

Supply of 3.5 X 240 sq.mm PVC insulated and XLPE Sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS:7098 with up to date amendments etc. as required.

Supply of integral LED Aviation (Obstruction) light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with suitable size G.I. Pipe complete etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x600 mm x 6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7metre long with charcoal or coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 4 X 16 sq. mm
