Comprehensive Annual Maintenance including rectification of any faults of various Fire Alarm Systems installed at DMRL, ATC Devatalagutta and CHESS lab as and when occurs including checking, testing, cleaning of Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Beam Masters, Hooters, Manual Call Points etc. by carrying out preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance by rectifying defects in existing system and making the entire system trouble free and efficient functioning with all accessories connected to the Fire Alarm systems complete all as directed.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance including rectification of any faults of various Fire Alarm Systems installed at DLRL & MLCP at DLRL, area including checking, testing, cleaning of Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Beam Masters, Hooters, Manual Call Points, spirit bulbs etc. by carrying out preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance rectifying defects in existing system and making the entire system trouble free and efficient functioning with all accessories connected to the Fire Alarm systems complete all as directed.

Note: (i) Spares if any required shall be measured and paid under the relevant items of schedule and cost of labour/Fire fighting Technician/ Engineer, element like Tools/Equipment, cleaning agents etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The preventive maintenance schedule shall be as follows:- (a) MONTHLY - Checking of all cards (control card, zone card, fail card, charger card etc) in control panel for their healthly working condition. Testing of all zones by checking smoke detectors at random with smoke testing of Hooters and MCPs. (b) QUARTERLY - cleaning of all smoke detectors, heat detectors, response indicators, hooters, MCPs and Beam mastars and testing of all smoke detectors with smoke and heat detectors with heat. (iii) Service report is to be generated for the above monthly and quarterly maintenance for all the systems and submitted to Engr-in- Charge. (iv) Brakedown should be rectified as and when the immediatly on priority.

Taking down old unserviceable hydrant valve and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Single Headed Hydrant valve confirming to IS 5290 with ISI mark of size 63 mm dia oblique type with instantaneous hose coupling adaptor etc. with all neceesary fittng materials complete required.

Taking down old unserviceable hydrant hose pipe and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hydrant hose pipe, 63 mm dia and 2x15 mtrs long RRL type with Gunmetal 63 mm size male coupling at one end and female coupling at the other end. It should with stand a burtsting pressure of 450 psi, rot proofed, with ISI mark. Hose shall comply to IS 636

Taking down old unserviceable branch pipe and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of short Branch pipe with 63 mm female instanteneous inlet made of gun metal, male threaded outlet, complete with hexagonal based nozzle heavy quality confirming to IS 903 etc. as approved and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable hose reel pipe and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Hose Reel pipe 20 mm dia. X 30 mtr. Long, high pressure with 5 mm out let GM nozzle with shut off valve(IS: 884 - 1969) includes stop cock and chromium plated nozzle with all neceesary fixing materials complete all as directed.

Replacement of Fire hyderant stand post both ends flanged 1 Mtr long with one end bent to 90 degrees suitable for long single fire hydrant valves including duck foot bend double end flanged and sluice valve all as specfied and directed.

S&F in repairs sprinkler bulb Spirit type 60 to 70 degree temperature fusible range suitable for fire fighting sprinkler system complete all as directed.

Cutting and removing the burnt out winding conductors rewinding the same with same gauge and weight of insulated super enamelled copper conductor and providing cotton insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying, refixing in position checking the alignment along with pump set connecting up with the electrical system, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Repair and servicing of 30 to 50 HP Fire Fighting Pump and motor including all connecting parts by replacing gland, greasing & oiling and rectification of alignment of pump and motor, cleaning the carbon from the electrical connections and commissioning complete all as directed.

(ii) lift inspection to be carried out by govt approved lift inspector once in 06 months & documentry proof to be submitted.
