Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 800 Kg per Hr Butter Plant Machinery including Allied Piping Electricals Utilities on Turnkey Basis

2. The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XII.

3. Documents in respect of achievement of at least in three Financial years, a Minimum each year financial turnover not less than Rs. 200 Lakhs

1(a)The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured,tested and supplied the Turnkey Project similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% or 02 Nos of the quantity required in any one of the last three years. (b) Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided (i) the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and (ii) the tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 01 No of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years

4. Each tenderer should furnish the proof of documents FOR the above along with the PAN/GST registration certificate, etc., as applicable.
