Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters(without taking off shutters from the frame not exceeding 1.50 sqm each & removing to store from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes including painting of edges to match with sheet,all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 8095 in MES SSR -2020 ( Part-II ),fixed in opening complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made solid core PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stiles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of 19mm gauge thickness and size of 19mmx19mm for stiles and for top and bottom rails 15mmx15mm. MS frame shall have a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet, 'C' channel of size 30x50mm forming stiles and 5mm thick wide PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles, and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5x2mm) thick, 20mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement adhesive and an additional 5mm thick PVC strips of 20mm width is to be stuck on interior side of C channel using PVC solvent adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions, door to be fixed to frame with and including 3 Nos MS powder coated butt hinges of size 100mm long x 25mm wide and 2mm thick and fixing with 32mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the MS tube complete all as specified in SSR-2009 (Part-I, specifications) & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 8080 in SSR-2010 (Part-II, rates). The width of stiles & rails will be in proportion to the width of the door shutter as specified in SSR-2010 (Part-II). complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium handle cast type anodized 125 mm long all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt of extended section and fixed 150 mm long all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life)

Material and labour for providing kitchen cabinet and cubboard in required sizes at site made out of 18mm thick PVC sheet (prelam) having one side decorative laminated sheet (for shutter, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves etc). All the edges of shutter and front exposed edge of partition/shelves shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape as per manufacturer. Including all required fixing material such as SS brackets, screws, adhesive etc., including taking out old any type cabinet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The area of each sheet (shutter, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves) shall be measured in sqm for payment. (ii) Magnetic catcher, handles, continuous Piano hinges and PVC frame (where required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. (iii) Any other material required for making/fixing/hanging of cabinet shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S & F pressed steel door frames with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lungs hinges lock strike plate etc complete all as specified size of frame 105 x 60mm all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain framed panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces.The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part1),kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered or concrete surface of ceiling surface by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (a) Three coats of white wash by using paint brush.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered Internal wall surface by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (a) Applying Wall care putty in two coats on wall surface and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as directed. (b) Two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer by using Airless spray / Roller.

M & L applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered / unplastered) of ceiling by remove / scraping down all smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean including applying wall care putty where required for filling to depressions/nail holes/light cracks etc and to make surface even and smooth, and after preparing the surface smooth applying two coat of lime white wash with paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on Old Internal wall surfaces of any desciption, preperation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum Bag using Smart periodical methodology and after preparing the surfaces applying the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (a) Applying Wall care putty in two coats 1.5 mm thick each on wall surface and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as directed. (b) Two coats of acrylic distemper of approved tint over a coat of primer on old prepared surface by using Airless spray / Roller Note : Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface prepration with prior approval of Engr-in-chrge in case of places where using of Mechanical equiment are not posiible.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint on old decorated or undecorated wall surface,including preparation of surfaces by washing rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surfaces complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of white wash on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Demolation of ashlar facings, dressed stone work, stone slabs or tiles from paving and precast concrete blocks and articles all as specified.& directed by Engineer -in-charge..

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite (dark colour) minimum size equal to width of slab (not less than 610mm), duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking plateform and like laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab (table rubbed and polished) as in flooring laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing, grinding and mirror polishing upto desired satisfaction of Engr In Charge complete all as specfied and directed.

Cutting ,grinding ,cleaning and treating the surface of existing kota stone flooring with beeswax polishing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), remving serviceable tiles to stores and and rubbish off the permises.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 300 x 450mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over and including 10mm thick cement sand plaster (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured /printed tiles 400 x 400mm ,7 to 8 mm thick and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade over and incl 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un re-inforced) of any description in ground floor and pavings Nexc15 cm thickness (below or above GL)

Supply and fixing in replacement 15 mm bore chromium plated Angle stop valve of cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type screwed down high pressure with on/off handle screwed end for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

S&F in repairs 15mm stop valves fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) ,cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pre-ssure, with crutch or but-terfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed. (Note : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Supply & fixing stainless steel sink made out of 1.00mm thick sheet, kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or fixing cast iron cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe; overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning point, filling the Joints with bitumen 7 sand mixture complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F fibre sheet 2mm thick reinforced translucent plain sheeting with drilling punching corrugation fixed with coach screw and washer etc in anglewall and other necessary item , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
