STEEL WORK

STRUCTURAL STEEL (BUILT-UP SECTION ) :- Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, Z sections, plates, channels, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of primer complete in all aspects as per Section-V & direction of Engineer-In charge.

STRUCTURAL STEEL (TUBULAR SECTIONS) :- Steel work in built up tubular Hot finished Seamless type tubes ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete in all aspects as per Section-V & direction of Engineer-In charge.

Supply and installation of M20, Steel galvanized, Hammer drilled Anchor bolts for foundation base plate with 254 mm embedment with annular gaps filled filling set or any other gap solutions.

ROOFING & SHEETING WORK

ROOF SHEET WITH INSULATION:- Supply & Installation of colour coated Profile sheet of supply width 1000-1220 mm and effective cover width of 900-1020 mm and nominal 28-30 mm deep ribs in four-five pans. The end rib shall be installed to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material is manufactured out of Base Metal thickness 0.45 mm and Total Coated thickness 0.50 mm, polyester paint over the zinc-aluminium alloy coating (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt on both sides). Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength. Rate includes backing and fixing the roof sheet with 4mm thick insulation sheet. SDST screws shall be used for Fixing of Roofing Sheets and Flashings and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates, complete in all aspects as per Section-V & direction of Engineer-In charge. (Note: Payment shall be made only to the superficial area. No over laps, corrugations / profile shall be measured)

UV STABILIZED FIBER GLASS :- Providing and fixing 2 mm thick UV stabilised translucent Polycarbonate sheet skylight panels including fixing in position with suitable SDST screws and providing beadmastic tape of approved quality with adjoining sheets to avoid any leakage, all complete as per Section-V & direction of Engineer-In charge.

SHEETING ACCESSORIES:- Supply and installation of factory manufactured Colour coated sheets of G550 Grade. The feed material is manufactured out of Base Metal thickness 0.45 mm and Total Coated thickness 0.50 mm, polyester paint over the zinc-aluminium alloy coating (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt on both sides). The coated steel shall be factory painted. Flashings of various girth sizes Like Gutter, downpipes, ridge cap etc. with necessary supporting elements. SDST screws shall be used for fixing of Roofing Sheets and Flashings and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates, complete in all aspects as per Section-V and directions of engineer in charge. (Note: Measurement shall be done on as laid length.)

RAIN WATER PIPE :- Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion - Single socketed pipes - 110mm diameter (including clamping and all other accessories)

TURBO AIR VENTILATOR:- Providing and fixing Turbo air Ventilators having 24 inch neck diameter with aluminium blades and base plate matching the sheet profile complete in all aspects as per Section-V and directions of engineer in charge.

EXHAUST FAN HOOD:- Supply and installation of hood approx size 22 inch x 22 inch x 22 inch (height x width x depth), fabricated with Colour coated sheets of G550 Grade. The feed material of sheet is manufactured out of Base Metal thickness 0.45 mm and Total Coated thickness 0.50 mm, polyester paint over the zinc-aluminium alloy coating (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt on both sides). Stainless Steel wire mesh (wire dia min 2mm) approved by Engineer In-charge shall be installed at face of hood (Size 22 inch x 22 inch). SDST screws shall be used for fixing of hood with the help of MS frame and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates, complete in all aspects as per Section-V and directions of Engineer In-charge.

Aluminium Partition Works

POWDER COATED ALUMINIUM DOORS & WINDOWS :- Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium work for glazed single/double leaf doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

ALUMINIUM PARTITION PANEL:- Providing and Fixing Aluminium Partition Panel of 5 mm thickness in aluminium door, Ventilator shutters and partition etc. of required shade / Colour with EPDM rubber Neoprene Gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawing and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

ALUMINIUM HANDLES:- Providing and fixing 100 mm aluminium handles anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

ALUMINIUM TOWER BOLTS :- Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete of 150x10 mm dimension.

ALUMINIUM DOOR STOPPER :- Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door twin rubber stopper ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868)transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete Twin rubber stopper

ALUMINIUM HYDRAULIC DOOR CLOSER :- Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm) with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

BRASS DOOR LATCH :- Providing and fixing bright finished brass door latch with necessary screws etc. complete of dimension 300x16x5 mm

SILICON SEALANT OVER BACKER ROD:- Filling the gap upto 5mm depth and 5mm width in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/Brick/Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer In-charge.

Civil work

BRICK MASONRY (FLY ASH BRICKS) :- Brick work with fly ash F.P.S. (non modular)of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) at all heights and depths laid to proper position line, level as per the drawings and specifications including providing necessary scaffolding, staging, raking out of joints, curing etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

PLASTER:- 12MM CEMENT PLASTER (1:3) :- Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster
