Demolition/Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but except bricks.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size brick) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls, ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix plaster CM (1:4) on brick/concrete/stone wall surfaces including finishing the surfaces fair and even (without using extra cement) and smooth as per manufacture direction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix plaster CM (1:6) on brick/concrete/stone wall surfaces including finishing the surfaces fair and even (without using extra cement) and smooth as per manufacture direction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick ready mix plaster CM (1:3) on brick/concrete/stone wall surfaces including finishing the surfaces fair and even (without using extra cement) and smooth as per manufacture direction complete all as specified and directed.

Removing loose concrete from chajjas, perapets, fascias, pillars, columns etc not exc 2 sqm on plane and repairing the same with cement mortar 1:3/ cement concrete type B-0 ,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate including white washing/ distempering/ weather proof paint / cement base paint as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing vegetation growth/shrubs(girth up to 30 CM), cutting in brick wall/concrete surface upto triple storey building carefully without damaging the existing soil, vent, water supply pipe and removing roots of plants completely and filling the gaps with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0 finished with existing surface including all scaffolding ladder etc as required surface are n.exc. 0.36 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
