Clearing the jungle including removing from the site disposal by buying or burning etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Picking 5CM to 10CM old metalled Surface and Sectioning

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20A

Providing Gravel soling to 100mm thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site and stacking on road side to departmental metric gauge for pre measurements as directed including labour for spreading and compacting etc.,Side berms

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying Prime coat over the WMM surface using 7.00 kg of bituminous emulsion(SS1) for 10 sqm including cost of emulsion bitumen which will be supplied by the department and section store including cost handling charges including labour charges for brushing cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour for applying and required quantity of bitumen including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights flags etc., completed as per standard specification

Providing and laying Tack coat over the WMM surface using 2.50 kg of bituminous emulsion for 10 sqm including cost of emulsion bitumen which will be supplied by the department and section store including cost handling charges including labour charges for brushing cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour for applying and required quantity of bitumen including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights flags etc., completed as per standard specification

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification No.803

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m
