Repairs to Existing Sub-Station at WSS Batpora Dab by way of following works: - Providing & fixing of New 11KV G-O set polymer insulator type complete in every respect with all allied accessories and clamp for complete holding of lever Handle on PCC Pole as per site requirement for Sub-Station along with disc insulator set complete (Polymer Type-12KN) as per IEEE rules after lowering of ACSR conductor from the poles then again laying of the same.

Providing & fixing of New Horn Gap/Drop Out Fuse set polymer insulator type for 11 KV power supply complete jobas per IEEE rules.

Providing & fixing of New 9KA lightning arrestor set station/post type complete with fittingsas per IEEE rules.

Providing and fitting of New ISMC 75 x 40, 9ft long with suitable dia. size hole for installation of link set, D.O set and lightning arrestor along with D-clamps/Mukhi clamps, nuts and Bolts etc for complete fitting on PCC Poles as per IEEE rules.

Supply, laying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 0.05 ACSR11KV HT Conductor for interconnecting the above items with HT/LT transformer.(Old ASCR, 11KV HT to be retained at site)

Providing and fitting of 11 KVA insulators (Polymer Type- 5KN)

P/I of Chemical earthling for complete earthing of Sub-Station and transformer comprising of company fabricated earthling electrode as per IS: 3043. The job includes Auguring of bore of required dia/depth for installation of electrode along with backfill compound mixed with soil and all other items required thereof for achieving the best result. The job includes providing &connecting of transformer body, G.O Set &lightening arrestor as per IS 2629/85through GI strip with the earthling electrode and making of surface structure in brick/cement concrete material with proper main-hole cover as per present IEEE rules. Safe earthling electrode size 80mm dia. Length – 2000mm Back fill compound-25 kg Model/make – JVM -393, Ashlok, Recons, True Power.

Fabrication, welding and providing at site MS angle iron for fabrication of beds out of (ISA-40x40x6 mm). The top of the bed shall be fitted with 19mm thick ply board of required bed size. The size of bed should be 4ft x 6ft with 06 legs/vertical supports each of 2ft height and with one ISA-40x40x6mm of 4' length at Centre for extra support is included. The job includes cost on account of handling, carriage etc.
