Dismantling of transformer, removing all the base nut / bolt and disconnecting incoming HT cbale connection as well as outgoing connection with bus duct.
Dismantling the complete transformer. Removing the top cover, oil tank, silica gel breather & cooling fins etc.
Cleaning the core and coils with hot oil vaccum machine and removing the moisture from the coils and core. Cleaning the transformer tank, removing the sludges and silt. removing the moisture. Improvement the IT value of HT and LT winding.
Replacement of 0.4 KV LT bushing
Replacement of top cover gasket and insulator gasket oil seal
Tapping the HT connection lead with kraft tape
Topping up of transformer oil in T/r
Dehydration of transformer oil
Replacement of silica gel
Replacement of complete hardware items/ nut bolts etc.
Checking and testing the transformer winding with HI POT testing, IR value, Voltage ratio etc.
Assembling the complete transformer and installation the same and testing on load at site.
