Supply of M.S flanges for 3” dia. pipe. ISI mark.

Supply of different size nut bolts with washer.
Supply of rubber packing of good quality.
Supply of ‘U’ clamp fabricated by MS flat of size 20mm x 5mm with 2 nos. holes of 12mm at both ends of ‘U’ clamps.
Making the hole in RCC Wall for fixing of 3’’ dia. pipe line from inside to outside by electric hammer drill machine / chisel with manual hammer without any damaging of nearby wall portion. Including the cost of carbide hammer drill.
Fixing of complete pipe line with all accessories by flanges joints of NRV, Tee, sluice valve, bend and connected with pump set by Insertion rubber packing in all flanges joints and tightly fixing by nut bolts with the help of necessary tools & tackles as per site requirement.
Providing/Fixing of fasteners of EN-8 material of size 100mmx10mm with washer and tightly fixing with ‘U’ clamps to support the pipe line properly with side wall by drilling of 10mm dia. drill with electric hammer drill machine.
Welding of flanges on the pipe, tee & bend with complete grinding and finishing and making leakages proof.
Supply and fixing of panel box made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with base frame of suitable height duly painted for on and off arrangement of dewatering pump sets with MCB’s, indicating lamps, connector etc. and complete fitting as per site requirement. Make of major components L&T, C&S, any DJB Approved
Making of civil foundation of size approx 3 feet X 2 feet for fixing of pump set with motor including the cost of civil material with labor charges as per site requirement.
Fabrication, providing & fixing of M.S base frame made out of M.S channel of size 75mm X 50mm X 6mm. the job includes cutting, welding, grinding and finishing of complete base frame and fixing on the civil foundation by tightly fixing of nut bolts as per site requirement.
Fabrication, providing & fixing of full thread M.S studs of size 150mm X 20mm along with nut and washer with complete machining and finishing works and fixing in the civil foundation for fixing of base frame i/c the charges of painting all above items two coat of required color of enamel paint.
Providing of new dewatering pump set. Specification:-Dewatering pump model type horizontal CI – casing, CI- impeller, C-40 Shaft, GM- Shaft Sleeve, gland packing & size 80X80 mm duly Coupled electric motor 7.5HP/ 5.5KW 2900RPM 3PH. 415V TEFC. Make- Kirloskar/M&P/ Jyoti/ KSB/ Lubi/ any Djb approved
Fixing of pump & motor on the MS base frame with nut bolts and connecting with coupling set by nut bolts making zero zero alignment without any vibration at proper level.
Testing & commissioning of complete system on full load.
