M&L in repairs, for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet, comprising with the following treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment including plaster if any and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish n exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) 25 mm average thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as levelling course on roof surfaces, mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, laid to required slope including finishing the concrete surface smooth for laying water proofing treatment. (iii) Cleaning of roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm. Note: Liquid water proofing compount will be measured & paid seperatly.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for special treatment to sunken portion with 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC liquid complast 421 and applying one coat each of Nittoproof 100 and Nittoproof 120 on plaster surface. Rendering again 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with complast 421 in sunken portion of WC and CI pipe joints shall be filled / jointed with mixture of cement, fine sand and Nittoproof 130 and provide hole in the wall and fix spout made out of 600 mm long and 20mm bore GI pipe, medium grade and filling floor area of WC upto area 1.50Sqm with PCC 1:3:6, type C 2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The rates incl for drilling of the hole RCC @ 1.00 m centre to centre, to a depth to a length of 30 mm and fixing of PVC pipes of dia 15/20 mm laid dry and grouting with cement slurry mixed with can bax 100 chemical with pressure grouting with minimum 3 Kg/Sqm

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut Cudappah stone slab, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, including roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by hacking, picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone flooring, 20-25 mm thick (size of kota stone slab 22"x22") laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing including removing dust complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab (of any type), table rubbed and polished green colour as in steps , jambs, pillars, windows cills, cooking platform and like in one piece laid over and inlcluding 10mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding the edges of 20 to 22 mm thick stone slabs as in steps, cooking platform and like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular), area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles(shade as approved by GE) of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/450mm x 350mm x 7 mm thick, as in dado, skirting, risers to step etc laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light colour vitrified tiles, 10 mm thick (Square or rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.36 Sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and a directed.

All as per serial item No 37 above but in dado / skirting or on vertical surfaces, laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 .

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as diercted.
