ROAD WORK

Hill Side Drain Clearance (Removal of earth from the choked hill side drain and disposing it on the valley side manually)

Land Slide Clearance in soil Clearance of land slides in soil and ordinary rock by a bulldozer D80 A-12,180 HP and disposal of the same on the valley side.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of area cleared (By manual means)

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting and stones agrregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming requisite type of screening & binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse agreegates, watering and rolling making necessary earthen bound to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. B. By Mechanical means: a) IRC Grade- II

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous Concrete, 40 mm. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 B) Grading-II 13mm (Nominal Size)

RETAINING WALL WORK

Reinforced cement concrete M20 mix with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforecment, but including centering and shuttering laid in position.

Reinforced cement concrete M20 mix with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work for bed plate excluding steel reinforecment, but including centering and shuttering laid in position.

Steel Reinforcement for RCC works i/c bending binding and placing in position. HYSD bars.

Cement Concrete wearing coat M30 grade i/c formworks and reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Plain cement concrete M15 mix with stone aggreagtes 20 mm. Nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto depth of 1.50 m below ground/bed level and or 1.5 m above ground level/bed level i/c form work.

Dismantling upto 1.5 m in foundation and / or 1.5 m above the ground level i/c T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary shorting the dismantle materials , disposal of unservicable materials and stacking the servicable within a lead of 100 m . Prestress/reinforced cement concrete grade M20 and above.
