REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS AT MARSHAL BK AND GTE UNDER GE (SOUTH) BANGALORE

Comprehensive maintenance of 04 Nos , 08 passanger lifts manufactured by Escon Elevators, regularly and systematically including inspection adjustment , repair,renewal or replacement of machine motor and controller parts including worms,bearing gears, brake,magnet coils or break motors break shoes, brushes,windings,commutators,rotating,elements,contacts, coil resistance for operating and motor circuits, magnets frame and mechanical parts safety device and governors guide shoes, guide roller ,gibs, wire,ropes etc as per the direction of engineer-inchrge and as per written direction of Govt lift inspector and lubrication as required including emergency call service and over time examination etc complete all as directed .Location MAP Qtrs Block No- 22,23,24&25. Note :- (i) The copmrensive maintainance shall be done through OEM of the Lift or from their authorised agency. (ii) The contractor shall enter into an MOU with OEM or their authorised agency for maintainance of Lifts. The above comprensive AMC certificate shall be provided by the contractor in favour of GE before commencement of work after acceptance of CA. (iii) All the parts required shall be genuine /original from OEM only and approved by engr-in-Charge. (iv) All the stainless steel parts such as Lift car enclosure , opening doors, jamps, cills etc with suitable solution.The contractor shall also clean and properly mainatin machine room, machinaries and lift well as directed by the Engr-in Charge . The rate quoted deemed to be included in the item. (v) The rates quoted for the above item shall be inlcuded for replaement of any minor spares , consumables , accessories like fan , light /cabin light, emergency alarm and other connected items becoming unserviceable during the period and nothing extra shall be allowed. (vi) Major spare parts if any found defective during the period of contract to be replaced as catered hereinafter and shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items. (vii) The contractor is responsible to carryout periodical routine checkup through OEM (oncein a month) or as per the direction of Engr -in-Charge to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of the lifts in all respects. (viii) Penal recovery @ Rs 1000 per day will be recovered if lift is found unserviceable for mor ethan 24 Hrs . (ix) Third party damage due to malfunctioning of lift shall be the responsibility of the contractor rates are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply & fixed in repair ARD Battaeries 12 volt 9 Ah batteries complete all as specifeid and directed . Make- As per OEM Recommendation.

Supply & fixed in repair ARD Battaeries 12 volt 18Ah batteries complete all as specifeid and directed . Make- As per OEM Recommendation.

Supply & fixed in repair controller mother board complete all as specifeid and directed . Make- As per OEM Recommendation.

Supply & fixed in repair controller relay card complete all as specifeid and directed . Make- As per OEM Recommendation.

Supply & fixed in repair Limit switch and testing complete all as specifeid and directed . Make- As per OEM Recommendation.

Testing of lift by State authorised lift inspector once during occurrance of the contract and test report to be submiited as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge. Mote :- Load & necessary T&P required for testing including labour, transportation etc is deemed to be included in quoted rates.
