Clearing and grubbing of road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbs, sapling and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unservicible material and stacking of servicible material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (a) Private land.+

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading , grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (a) Private land.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Patching)(Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100 - 120 TPH batch type HMP producting an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, lavel and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrator and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compection aa per MoSRT&H Cl. No. 507 complete in all respect. (including carriage up to initial lead 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) with anti stripping agent (a) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (19mm nominal size)

Prime Coat (I) Low porosity Providng and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 Kg/ sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.

Tack Coat: Providing & applying tack coat with Bituminous emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi-Dense Bituminous concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT & H cl no.508 complete in all respect. (a) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for grading -II (10 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying a hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including refactorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sq area, thickness of 2.5mm in exclussive of surface applied glass beads as per IRS:35 . The finished surface to be level uniformand free from streaks and holes and comforming to the MoST&H specification.

Road Markers/Road stud with Lens reflector Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30mm upto a depth of 600mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973.

Traffic Sign: Providing and erecting directing and place identification retro_reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick with area not execeeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification clause 1407. i) 60 cm equilateral traingle
