Replacement of damaged Wooden wall Paneling O o Director Fin and other misc civil related work at BSNL Corporate office New Delhi

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :

(a) Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same

Wall painting with plastic/acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

One or more coats on old work

French spirit polishing : a) Two or more coats on new/old works including a coat of wood filler e.

French spirit polishing : (a)One or more coats on old work

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat). (Melamine polishing to be done mechanically by using compressor)

Taking out the existing wall panelling top skin with 3.50 mm thick veneer and base ply along with wooden teak beading of any size and wood frame work i/c stacking the serviceable material at site and disposing the unserviceable material to the dumping ground of building premises.

Providing and fixing 2nd Class teak wood skirting of size 100X 20 mm with necessary nails / screws to existing frame work in required pattern and design complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. New/old works including a coat of wood filler

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood beading of sizes mentioned below to be fixed with necessary headless nails and fevicols complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (a) 25X20 mm above skirting

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick commercial plywood (Century / Greenply/Duro or equivalent) of approved quality, brand and manufacture in partition in required pattern and design as per drawing to be fixed with stainless steel screws to exising M.S frame work including two coats of fire retardant paint unthinned on cleaned wood/ply surface @ 3.5 sqm per litre per coat including preparation of base surface as per recommendations of manufacturer to make the surface fire retardant. Complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.(Note :- This item does not include the cost of applying fire retardant paint and shall be paid in separate Item)

Providing and fixing 3.50 mm thick teak veneer of approved brand and manufacture (Duro Golden Cedar or equivalent) in partitions / door shutters skins with nails,fevicol/adhesives etc as per drawing in proper design and pattern with proper groove adjustment complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Scrapping/removing the existing French spirit polishing surface having melamine finish on veneer/plywood consisting of: i) Scrapping/removing old melamine finish by using 80 No./Grade emery paper, ii) followed by smoothening the surfcae with using emery paper of 100 No./Grade all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
