GAS CHROMATOGRAPH AND ITS COMPONENTS

The front end Gas chromatograph system should be capable of delivering advance separation capabilities and real time self-monitoring intelligence to provide superior performance with fast GC Capabilities for pesticide applications. The Gas Chromatography system supporting the MS should have the following features for enhanced quantification/qualification capabilities.

Method Validation Method validation of Pesticide Residues in Agri-food commodity in mutually agreed matrix as per FSSR/EU regulations

1. Manpower (operator): The supplier of the equipment shall depute Scientific/Technical staff after installation (Minimum Science Post-Graduate with 6 months experience on the similar equipment) for one (01) year to make the system operational and carry out validations.

2. The consumables (chemicals, plastic/glassware, reference material-NIST/ISO-17034, etc.) required for method validation shall be in the scope of supplier/vendor and shall be supplied before the commencement of method validation, keeping in view their expiry period

3. The method validation activity shall have to be completed on the system installed at PRTL, Jalandhar within six (06) months of successful installation & commissioning of instrument, failing which LD/Penalty clause of Tender Document will be applicable

4. This is to certify that the rates quoted above are not more than the rates charged from any Institution/Department/Organization

5. Keeping in view the availability of Funds, optional items can be included in purchase order.

6. Financial Comparison shall be carried out based upon the FOR value of the equipment including the cost of Extended Warranty for six (06) years after expiry of Standard Warranty and optional items & other obligations.
